me when putting together a $10 clothes rack mom bought on a whim to help me go through the boxes upstairs, even though I was just going to throw all the clothes in trash bags and roll them downstairs to wash and sort down here: 💪✔💯 me at the prospect of actually doing anything upstairs: 🚫0️⃣❌

#charlie babbles #there's nothing wrong with downstairs I'm just very good at short quick easy projects and horrible at long-term anything #and upstairs is. longterm. there's two rooms full of boxes #and we still! have nowhere to put anything!#because we weren't able to go scour lawn sales for bookshelves and other cheap storage/display furniture #we have lovely plastic bins that I'll be transferring everything we're keeping into and stacking and that WILL be better than the boxes #but I have to do it alone because mom can't get upstairs cousin's recovering from surgery and friend has no time #other friends are still in the tender reconnect stage where I can't just right into asking for help with my horrid house #weh. wah. waaaah even.
