for some reason every youtube reactor who hasn't read the book and watches iwtv s2 just immediately says they don't like armand but they love love love lestat which is like. to each their own but they don't even know armand at that point and lestat was awful and abusive to louis and claudia during almost all of s1 like.... what is this thing that makes them all weak for the white villain but instantly dislike the brown villain when it's not even clear yet what he's done??? i don't understand oh wait

#i know we can argue about the extent to which either of them are villains #especially because louis also has his flaws but it's soooooo noticeable tbh #like it's okay to like lestat i don't even dislike him but people INSTANTLY hate armand #before he has even done anything?? i know they make him seem kinda untrustworthy on purpose so i understand some suspicion #yes he's not a good person yes he's bad for louis but even before that's made clear they already dislike him #it's just very noticeable how different people react to them when first introduced #we can't all have armand brainrot disease like me but hmmmmmmm it's... interesting to say the least #interview with the vampire #iwtv #armand
