this week my fav colleague confirmed to me that at work, im only seen as a temp and it made me feel so bitter and worthless. then i checked the company reviews at kununu and they basically said this company sucks and pays shit and it made me feel sm better. like. it's not my fault. im not actually worthless, the company just sucks :)

#not fandom related #work #personal log stardate #for clarification. i did apply for a temporary job. but they said they are rly understaffed and offered me a different position #which pays more. so i am alread getting more money than for the temporary position that i originally appllied for #still i am viewed as worth less by my boss. and a few other colleague as well #i also wasn't trained in all the sections my #department has to offer bc i am seen only as a temp. which means i am actually getting less money than my fellow colleagues #who are trained in all the sections #still i am an important employee and w/o me the department would barely run properly and everyone would be rly stressed out and they #would rly need a new employee to fill the gap.#we are 6 ppl in the department rn. 4 ppl is the bare minimum that's needed and none of them can be sick or take off #*take a day off. or go on vacation bc then i #*important work wouldn't be covered. that means 5 ppl are actually needed. if i weren't there it would be 5 which means 2 ppl can't be sick #or take off of work at the same time. anyway. whatever #this company sucks ass anyway and now i am more inclined than ever to actually get a different job #if my studies don't work out
