#i started watching this anime when i was 14#and my goal has been to get it again every year at the beginning of summer since i first saw it then#but i missed a couple years and i just finished watching it again after an unintentional break and ohhhhh my god i am so close to crying rn#oh my godddd#like no 14 yr old me you dont even understand what a story about love this is#it's so much more than just shipping yuri and victor alright like it's so fucking much between them#like#it's about love it's about all of it it's about everything#was just hit so hard watching yuri's final skate thinking abt how he leaves everything out there to show victor that whatever decision#he makes it's not because he doesnt care about him in fact the opposite and then i waa thinking. he does that every time#he does that EVERY fucking skate i mean ALL of them esp the free skates#every time this man steps onto the ice in this show it is just love#that IS his love#everything his chatacter is IS his love#and everything he does is about the love he's recieved bc he never would be there without it but his entire character is just.#he has so much loce to give it's insane#sorry im sure these are like the basic truths of yuri on ice but like i used to be 14 and stupid#i didn't think about this show like this then or if i did it didn’t hit this hard#but it's all love#the whole thing#this has never been a show about figure skating#fuck
