#waaaa I'm so excited about the idea of it but it is SO HARD

is there anybody who's done commissions or any sort of artistic project with a deadline that has advice for what to do when the piece just. it just isn't piecing itself together. and you have to finish it and WANT to finish it but it just. isn't doing the thing?

i have this one piece I'm working on that i'm SO EXCITED FOR but it's... actually above my skill level, I think. i thought I had it handled but it's requiring actual advanced understanding of tonal harmony and music theory and i just. i'm not braining this one yknow. but I WANT to write it it just keeps sounding like somebody is slamming down on the piano with one of those comically sized mario hammers.

BRO I- I used to follow your old blog but like- I'm too shy to interact w people I like, I took the initiative now because we have a common mutual and I was jumping around (hyperactivity eksjsls) in excitement by the thought of interacting w someone I look up to anyway-

About the trasfem Pomefiore hc, yeah I also dislike it a lot. And I enjoyed reading the post xD.

I asked because although my art isn't that good I enjoy drawing the characters my friends like and wanted to draw one or two for you too.

I am glad we connect on a mutual dislike for transfem pomefiore, i mean i wouldn’t have been angry at you if you had liked it but I’m happy that you don’t… I have no idea how to not sound like an asshole when writing that so I’m leaving it as is. BUT !!! DONT SAY THAT!! art is subjective to the viewer and also it’s highly possible you’re simply not acknowledging your own skill!! They say you’re your own worst critic after all. I actually have that problem too! It gets hard to deal with so I understand^^ I feel honoured that you’d draw something for me actually, thank you so much for even considering it 🥰
