"Raised" by a villainous assassins league and trained in vicious fighting pits The Blood God became the first Piglin after he was sent to kill Philza and the man instead decided to teach him to use his skills for justice and taking down bad people in power. 

Damian Wayne inspired

Wilbur Soot: 

The second Piglin, taken in after Techno left when Phil found him on the streets. Eventually he also left to make a name for himself but went crazy before being killed and came back as an antihero called Ghostbur or Phantom 

Jason Todd inspired

Niki Nihachu: 

Originally called Catachu she worked alongside Crowfather and Piglin before Will died and she was injured. Now stuck in a wheelchair Nemesis stays in the "lake" where she operates as a all seeing gal in the chair

Tommy Innit:

The third Piglin, Tommy loved the vigilantes and used to stalk them to see the action. Wilbur was "his" Piglin and the two would talk whenever Tommy got caught. After Wilburs death Tommy convinced Phil to make him the new Piglin. After Wilburs return he left and goes by Theseus

Tubbo: 

Tommys "partner in no crime" they teamed up to stop Tubbos villain dad. While he took the mantle of fourth Piglin for a short time he is more well known as Hazard, a bee like vigilante with mechanical wings and other technology he built himself.

Phils newest addition, Lethe was found without a memory and a dangerous set of skills. Phil and Techno are helping train him so he doesn't hurt himself or others and are teaching him how to be his own person. While not technically a Piglin Tommy still considers him his replacement.
