ok since i mentioned it in that gushing post lemme elaborate. veritas helps me with my self esteem because now that i achieve any fit or create smth or follow through a routine and generally doing my best, as soon as my brain tries to brush it off veri shows up and says "you're a fool for not seeing your own success" or smth along those lines. like he is gonna insult me into respecting myself. and hey, i mean, it works!
