D'edoris is the apprentice of Darth Occlus and a former slave. He was born on Ziost to slave parents who were not force sensitives. His slave master's were also not force sensitive, so when his abilities manifested he was taken from his parents and sent to one of the many Sith training academy's via their sponsorship. They, of course, expected him upon becoming a Sith lord to serve them once more as a way to repay them. That never happens. When Solaris comes to Korriban in search of a new apprentice after Thanton had his last two killed, he took interest in D'edoris. (i changed order of event here) Before arriving at Taris, Solaris lost his two apprentices and returned to Korriban. D'edoris sensed that Solaris was his ticket to freedom thus managed to kill all other perspective apprentices minus Xalex who was taken by my other inquisitor, Darth Tal'ien. Upon becoming Solaris's apprentice he began a sort of journey towards healing his past trauma of being a slave thanks to Solaris understanding how life as a slave can be a living hell.

BLACK PARAPHERNALIA DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ
“Every year they take/ pluck quotes from this letter to solidified and justify their warped moral sense of racial equality, and ignoring the true totality of the meaning and spirit of the letter and why it was written” bp
IN HONOR OF DR KING - UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWING THE LETTER FROM THE BIRMINGHAM JAIL
April 16, 1963 wittern in Jefferson, Alabama
EXCEPT TAKEN FROM THE THE HISTORY ENGINE
After being arrested in downtown Birmingham on a Good Friday, Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. wrote his famous letter, “A Letter From Birmingham Jail” responding to the criticism demonstrated by eight prominent white clergy man.
This letter has been found important throughout history because it expresses King’s feelings toward the unjust events and it is an example of a well-written argument.
Most importantly, this letter explains current events in Birmingham in 1963 as well as in the rest of America and it demonstrates the approach Reverend King took throughout the whole civil-rights movement of 1950s and 1960s.
Due to unfortunate circumstances, the great injustice of slavery makes up a significant portion of America’s history. Even after this chapter of history ended, it left its legacy of “blacks” being portrait as subhuman and it developed a sense of racism in the new generations. In addition, following the Civil War, that legacy was expressed through the Jim Crow Laws, which promoted segregation.
These new laws violated the fundamental american tenet that “all men are created equal” and are “endowed by their creator with certain unalienable right”. Historian C. Vann Woodward describes the segregating Jim Crow laws as: “That code lent the sanction of law to a social ostracism that extended to churches and schools, to housing and jobs to eating and drinking. Whether by law or by custom, that ostracism extended to virtually all forms of public transportation, to sports and recreations, to hospitals, orphanages, prisons and asylums and ultimately to funeral homes, morgues, and cemeteries.”
The American people were motivated by the terrible acts of violence on black people and were touched by the civil-rights movement’s message of “respect for the dignity of the individual” There are different opinions of what led to start the civil-rights movement of 1950s and 1960s. Although some may say it was after the Supreme Court’s decision in the Brown v. Board of Education 1954.
Fairclough wrote that it was a “consequence of the rise of black voting after World War II”.Nonetheless, it is a fact that Alabama was home to the three most significant campaigns. First there was the Montgomery bus boycott of 1955-56, followed by the Birmingham protests of 1963 and later on the Selma Campaign of 1965.

This is gen 1 for the Pack Legacy Challenge! This pack was focused on Outdoor Retreat. My main sim is named Sydney Simms. She started dating a squeamish alien named Nestor Vann who shared her love for the outdoors! They spent more time camping than sleeping in their own home. Even though Nestor is squeamish, he persevered and completed the Angling Ace aspiration while Sydney completed the Outdoor Enthusiast aspiration.
They ended up having a daughter named Saylor and two dogs named Peanut Butter and Pepper.
I tried taking a pic for all of the objectives I completed:
Details for the Pack Legacy Challenge by Rosannatxt
Befriend the Hermit
Date a sim with the ‘squeamish’ trait
Max out the Herbalism Skill
Take your sim and parther on a holiday to Granite Falls
Complete the Angling Ace Aspiration
Enter the Secret Lot in Oasis Springs

Happy Birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊 To You
A Legend, A Symbol, A Leader In Animals Rights & Saving The Foundation Of The Primate Species On This Planet👵🦍🌱 🌍
Valerie Jane Morris-Goodall was born in April 1934 in Hampstead, London, to businessman Mortimer Herbert Morris-Goodall (1907–2001) [de] and Margaret Myfanwe Joseph (1906–2000), a novelist from Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, who wrote under the name Vanne Morris-Goodall.
The family later moved to Bournemouth, and Goodall attended Uplands School, an independent school in nearby Poole.
As a child, Goodall's father gave her a stuffed toy chimpanzee named Jubilee as an alternative to a teddy bear. Goodall has said her fondness for it sparked her early love of animals, commenting, "My mother's friends were horrified by this toy, thinking it would frighten me and give me nightmares." Jubilee still sits on Goodall's dresser in London.
She is an English primatologist and anthropologist. She is considered the world's foremost expert on chimpanzees, after 60 years' studying the social and family interactions of wild chimpanzees. Goodall first went to Gombe Stream National Park in Tanzania to observe its chimpanzees in 1960.
She is the founder of the Jane Goodall Institute and the Roots & Shoots programme, and she has worked extensively on conservation and animal welfare issues. As of 2022, she is on the board of the Nonhuman Rights Project. In April 2002, she was named a United Nations Messenger of Peace. Goodall is an honorary member of the World Future Council.
Goodall had always been drawn to animals and Africa, which brought her to the farm of a friend in the Kenya highlands in 1957.
In 1977, Goodall established the Jane Goodall Institute (JGI), which supports the Gombe research, and she is a global leader in the effort to protect chimpanzees and their habitats. With nineteen offices around the world, the JGI is widely recognised for community-centred conservation and development programs in Africa.
In 2021, Goodall joined the Rewriting Extinction campaign to fight the climate and biodiversity crisis through comics. She is listed as a contributor to the book The Most Important Comic Book on Earth: Stories to Save the World which was released on 28 October 2021 by DK.
Please Wish This Extraordinary & KindHearted Woman Of Selflessness In Caring For The Animals Of Our Planet.

Lock In / John Scalzi
Lock In #1
“Think about it, Chris,” Tony said. He pointed at my head. “You’ve got what’s effectively a legacy system in your head. Its upkeep is currently being paid for out of the budget of the National Institutes of Health. When Abrams-Kettering goes into effect next Monday, the NIH will stop paying for upkeep once its current batch of contracts expires. Santa Ana and Hubbard aren’t updating and patching out of the goodness of their corporate hearts, you know. They get paid to do it. When that stops, either someone else is going to have to pay for it, or the updates stop coming.” “And then we’re all screwed,” I said. “Some people will be screwed,” Tony said. “I’ll be fine because this shit is my job and I can hack my own network. You’ll be fine because you can afford to hire someone like me to maintain your network. Our roommates will be fine because I like them and don’t want them to have spam piped into their brains against their will. And the middle-class Hadens will probably be able to pay for a monthly subscription of updates, which is something I know Santa Ana, at least, is already planning for. “Poor Hadens, on the other hand, are kind of fucked. They’ll either get no updates, which will leave them vulnerable to software rot or hacking, or they’ll have to deal with some sort of update model that features, I don’t know, ads. So every morning, before they can do anything else with their day, they’ll have to sit through six goddamn advertisements for new threeps or nutritional powder or bags for their crap.”
