So this is an art commission for a friend that I did for them! I had a lot fun doing it! I really needed the practice on drawing backgrounds since I really don't know what to do when it comes to backgrounds lol.

There is definitely some things that I wanted to change, but then I would just keep changing it which would take forever to complete this lol. I might edit later though.

So by the time frisk comes to the underground how would clover will meet them and what would be starlo, Ceroba, martlet and davl reactions are going to be when meeting them?

Clover takes it upon themselves to greet Frisk shortly after they enter the Underground! They invite themselves on the journey offer to help guide Frisk safely through the Underground and aid them in remaining secret from the Royal Guard and other untrustworthy Monsters. Frisk is partially glad to see a fellow human, but they have some doubts over how effective of a guide Clover will be....

I didn't have time to draw the other's reactions, but they're all pretty shocked and worried another human is in the Underground. It shakes things up for a while and makes them extra concerned about the possibility of Clover being found out. All of them really like Frisk, though! Dalv and Ceroba are particularly close to them. Dalv likes having a more mellow and quiet kid to hang out with, and Ceroba appreciates having a kid who doesn't cause nearly as much trouble LOL.

Is giving ominous warnings to unsuspecting people something he does frequently enough to mandate lighting?? Who is listening to his conversations and assessing the mood to know when to flip the switch??? And why isn't this oddly convenient cinema ever acknowledged????

Undertale month!!!

Week 2 of Undertale month!!

Also, Happy 9th Anniversary to Undertale!!! Sadly I couldn't draw anything specific in time, but that's okay with me :) (Also kindly ignore the sloppiness with the Undyne prompt TvT)

On a brighter note, this marks three years since I started posting on this blog!! I still can't believe it's been that long lol I've enjoyed every second of it! Also, I think this weekly schedule is better with me :) Not only is it helping me build up a routine, but also my drawing skills are improving (at least I think so!)

If I get the time in the future, I'd really love to turn some of these sketches into full-blown art with colors and stuff! Especially the ones with more characters :0

There’s really an image they’re given before it starts really leading into the murderhappy kind of terrifying they start to give off in waterfall when the attack bubble changes into a smile. Then, it’s clear they are hunting down everyone they can with a smile on their face. Here, though, there’s something more haunting about it.

Papyrus’s words about them too:

It’s like they’re either eerily expressionless or their eyes are unfocused and clouded over as they shuffle around, searching the forest in a dusty murder haze. Their footsteps are uncoordinated, their gait is unstable and shambling and dangerous, movements unnatural like a marionette, wandering the forest like a ghost only half aware of what they’re doing, a silent, eerie, expressionless force of nature slowly making its way into town, exuding that aura to everyone and everything in its path as it becomes clear to everyone that whatever this thing is, they need to run.

After multiple fallen attacks once humble town of Snowdin was turned into a military outpost with the forest around it used to stop the fallen in their tracks once they left the land of exiled.

Snowdin is a harsh place to live in, being constantly surrounded by members of the royal guard gives any misplaced word or action a price too big to pay. This place won't let you leave either, every citizen can theoretically replace a dead guard or serve the ones that are alive.

Once his brother joined the royal guard, Sans had to follow to prevent all the suffering Papyrus will inevitably face, even if to the outsiders he'll be just another rookie. Sans makes little to no progress in his "career", staying at his post as one of the forest overseers. The skeletons couldn't escape the harsh treatment of the guard members, Sans even lost a tooth in one of the meaningless fights he got into.

Any rookie who joins the guard will have to face judgment and suspiction from a crowd of those taught in blood and dust to attack outsiders. Papyrus was one of those rookies. Not having too good of an imposing facade, he had to create one for himself. First was a crack in his skull, caused by one of the trainings, then sharpened teeth after a tough day of humiliation. His determination and skill with traps allowed him to climb up the ladder quick, now he's one of the overseers of the Snowdin forest that he fills with traps and puzzles to prevent the fallen and civilian escapees traversing between the land of the exiled and the rest of the underground.

Long time members of the guard like the hounds seem to been "modified" In some way. Monsters that were in contact with them say that the dogs are "unnaturally soft" And "sticky". Most of them also behave in an unstable manner, some seem to be in a kind of constant trance, others attack everything that moves friend or foe, one of them even had to be restrained. The most sane ones seem to be the dogi, they take care of others, but often lose control.

The hounds often become victims of many traps in the forest, serving as additional obstacles in them.

The town itself is way less jolly and humble then it used to be. Hotels are now also used as barracks and bars serve the rations for the guards, sacrificing warmth and liveliness of the town for practicality.

Everyone who lives on the border between the land of exiled and the rest of the underground has to be under constant watch. Many who misspoke or acted somewhat suspicious were immediately exiled to the ruins, sometimes leaving their children behind (such as monster kid).

Many civilians join the guard under threats of separation from their families via exile. Even when there is no fallen in the underground, life of a guard is not easy, exhausting practice sessions, other fight-hungry members of the guard and civilians and constant scouting for the new fallen.

The only escape rout for those ready to take that risk is a mysterious ferry person that appears at night to transport you to many corners of the underground. Some say that they were once attacked by the high ranking guard members for their activity.
