In the Bake Off tent this week, I do believe that it was chocolate week. So I dug through all of my saved recipes to find something different, and I came across an intriguing cake. A little something called a chocolate potato cake, so named because it includes a cup of mashed potatoes. Well, half a cup for me because I halved the recipe. Despite appearances, it's a small cake! I believe B. Dylan Hollis once attempted it, but I used a different recipe to his. One with a caramel frosting. I probably should have used one of the many chocolate frosting tubs we seem to hoard in the house, but caramel is better!
