4: a story idea you haven’t written yet

god, so many, LOL. one of the whumpuary fics i planned to write but never got around to (one of these days!!!) was like, post-kalos crisis when lumiose is still kind of picking its pieces back up and ash and co. are still there helping out. i really like the idea of gary studying in kalos but i never know when i think he WOULD do that, lmao, but the fic idea was basically like...gary's in kalos then, which obviously leads to him crossing paths with ash. i think ash is good at compartmentalizing, but that would kind of put into perspective how insane everything that happened was. the prompt was "stay. please" so you can kind of imagine that, like 99% of my pallet fics, it's very much an "ash trying to pull gary back to him" fic, but with a healthy dose of recent trauma to go with it lol
