Is there any proof that the Prize Counter sells Staffbots?

Uhh so I'd never heard of this before and was so confused but uhh I looked up a video of someone walking around the Prize Counter and uhhhhhh???

I guess they might????? Whadda hell???? It's just on display there like some grand prize or something so maybe????

Also noticed there's one ofo Roxy's go-karts there too so like. Apparently they're just letting you win staffbots and go-karts?? I guess??
