Importance of Unity In Making a Better Change for the Community

Pandemic changes the lives of all of us, We can’t able to go to school and get interacted with our teachers and classmates. But doing this task, we all prove that the spirit of Unity and cooperation is very important, We can’t able to face the challenges  if there is no unity of everyone, just like in our plan in making change, each and everyone of us has a role to be success of our plan in making a change for the social issues we are facing now, it can be compared to a broom stick, it won’t  work if it were not joined together, just like us,  we should work as a team, if there is unity,together we can make it. And also in Community as the word itself, we cannot  spelled community without “Unity”, and without unity of every citizen the country will not prosper and grow. Why is Unity important? There are four(4) things that seeken.org says that. 1. Unity is needed for survival. 2. Unity help us grow 3. Unityworks in wonders 4. Unity gives courage There are also people proved that unity is important and it does work American Poet Mattie Stepanek says, “Unity is strength. When there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.” Andre Lavioe, CEO of Clear Company says, “Clearly, building meaningful relationship in the office can have a positive impact on job satisfaction and a result, success.”
