why is it that everything that feels nice is bad for you but everything that's good for you feels bad. who designed these broken machines we call the human body and brain

#i hate it here (the corporeal form)#unironically tho this is so counterintuitive that to me it's proof god doesn't exist #you may think this is a jump. but. most of my life is dedicated to hating god. I'm always one step away from that. so it's a small jump #anyway yeah. if exercise is good for you why isn't it fun to do. if healthy food is good then why isn't it tasty. etc #small things too like how scratching an itch can lead to infection sometimes or w/e #idk i just think it's fucked up!!!!!! being alive is so much work and none of it is fun. not even just nice. it's all BAD #. it's past 7 am i should go to sleep :|
