this has already been said but my biggest complaint about the us version of ghosts is that it's SO obsessed with the characters being in relationships lol... and like i wouldn't mind it, except none of the ships have been particularly interesting (except perhaps the hetty/trevor one lol)... i also think it kinda gets in the way of more interesting characterisations tbh

#i really love the characters in it but all the romance stuff gets real tedious realllll quickly lol #and like not to be That Person but if you ARE going to make romance a major part of ur ghosts show #then at LEAST make sure ur not making everyone cishet #like ur telling me that most of the characters have been dead now for over 100 years #and yet everyone's still straight?!?!#and isaac is the only overtly queer character??#uk ghosts got away with not exploring the romantic side beyond a few 'jokey' couples which i didnt mind lol #btw im sorta halfway thru the 3rd series rn #and it's definitely the weakest series so far imo...#im still enjoying parts of it but yeh it's a bit of a drag pfft #and not the fun kinda drag lol
