greatest of tragedies: i can no longer get the emoji window to pop up when pressing window key + . ;~; it just keeps typing periods normally,,,,,
i tried looking for help on google but all the advice is for win10, and everything i found for win11 is either "just use the shortcut :D" or "use this setting (that i don't have at all). if you can't find the option, use this tool (that i don't have access to bc my laptop came with a different fucking variant of win11 and i'm not Allowed to have full access to shit) to turn it on"
