related: most of my life is me going 'is this feeling my sinuses being stupid. is this a tourettes feeling. is this a panic and anxiety feeling' and I must inform you it is usually all three at once. they ALL make me panic!!!!!!!

#trying to get into an ENT though!! been a while since I've had my sinuses really looked at. would be nice.#would be nice to have proper sinus medication again too...... the thing is I'm not actually allergic to. Things. except dogs and dust. so #i was told i didn't have to take it anymore!!!!! but i gotta take something #and idk if otc Claritin is enough anymore????? i guess the ENT will decide that.#my junior year diary says i had a medicated nose spray oh those were the days.......#and i finally see a neurologist next month!!!! i hope it is productive.#ugggg the ENT will probably want me to get a ct scan no........not good at ct scans
