I've actually had this in my drafts since the hotarubi chapter but

I wonder if Kaito is talking about the same dissidents as the anon. That'd mean Hotarubi and Vagastrom were allied, doesn't it.
Also maybe it's just the way I'm reading it but doesn't the "weren't they dissidents" in response to that they're pro-anomaly imply that being dissidents means they were anti-anomaly not pro-anomaly? So the stance changed, maybe because Subaru's Captain now?
Meanwhile Haku, former Frostheimer, is considered to have "switched sides" to Hotarubi.

Since Hotarubi was considered part of the "dissonants" that implies Frostheim and allies were on the same side as the Institute/Darkwick itself.
So right now we have the sides in the Clash being:
Vagastrom; Hotarubi
vs
Darkwick; Frostheim
We can also gather that Mortkranken was likely against Frostheim because Yuri hates Frostheim and even Jiro has a voiceline where he shittalks Frostheim a little(or at least he says the tea they have isn't as good as the tea he makes) and the above dialogue between a Vagastrom and Mortkranken student--given the Vagastrom student seems concerned with alliances, they probably wouldn't hang out with an 'enemy' student, so it's a little safer to say that Mortkranken was on Vagastrom's side.
Romeo hates Frostheim too but that's likely personal as opposed to Clash related(the fall of his family means Frostheimers don't respect him) and while I'm sure Taiga would've gone to war for him, he wasn't made captain until after the Clash so we can't say that they'd be against Frostheim in the conflict.
Haru says Vagastrom doesn't like him, but Haru transferred to Jabberwock from a different house so it's unlikely that that's got anything to do with Jabberwock as opposed to Haru himself, or possibly his former house.
Subaru seems to have some discomfort towards Sinostra, but Taiga eats anomalies and the Casino's a very crowded place, so that could be personal.
Ed doesn't care much about the ghouls' interpersonal troubles(one of his voicelines is something to the effect of "the ghouls are rioting? They have so much energy. Anyway I was in the middle of a youtube video."), so I don't think Obscuary had much involvement either way but they'd probably be on whichever side was pro-anomaly(probably Frostheim's side) assuming they took part at all(captain doesn't care, vice captain is a pacifist.)
And then there's Dionysia, Ultio, and Clementia. . .Clementia was likely pro-anomaly and Ultio was anti-anomaly. Dionysia, who knows.
Well, I don't have more analysis off the top of my head but. I dunno. Interesting to see as we slowly figure out who was on what side.
