mannnnnnn i never thought i'd miss the dark days of 2011 ff.net but at least back then the narnia evangelical christians(TM) had the decency to announce themselves via homophobic statements in their bios. now you see a suspiciously vague tag on ao3 and you have to do a whoooole detective routine

#cicely speaks #this is a vent post to be clear #digging through someone's blog like. i'm in the Bad Take Mines and brother i am hitting paydirt #you know i used to complain about the blatant homophobia but i really do kind of miss it. it is of course great progress #that they can no longer say this stuff on a public website without it being An Embarrassment #but apparently they can say stuff like 'genocide is a meaningless concept if you don't believe in god' which is uh.
