#making soup for my mom#its a farmhouse chicken chowder from cooks illustrated#tomorrow I'm gonna make a beef and barley soup#which will use a chuck tender roast. bc chuck tender is obviously the superior cut of beef#at least for more slow cooked things#my whole family likes it cause we arent into super fatty cuts
