#does this make any sense at all even a little.#to be clear im classing any element of the song that isnt strictly the written lyrics that are being sung as making up 'melody/sound'#im curious though because i could enjoy a song with a melody i liked but lyrics that i didnt/were shite/i didnt gaf about but i could never#enjoy a song with lyrics i liked but a melody i didnt n i feel like thats surely the more common opinion but i want to see what other#people think...like i like a good lyric for sure it adds to the song good lyrics will make me like a song more but they cant carry a song#with a melody i dont like the way a melody can carry a song with naff lyrics. which is why louie louie by the kingsmen still bangs#feel like i havent worded the question in the best way but i wasnt sure how to...you get what i mean though right..#ridirendum
