The information given in through a 10,860 word (27 page) document going over people’s past interactions with him and things he’s done to them. No names are given. On this day, 3 June 2019, the Khartoum massacre took place in the capital of Sudan when paramilitaries targeted people protesting against the military government (content note: sexual violence). A militant movement had begun the previous year demanding action be taken to stop the rapid rise of the cost of living. It evolved to demand the removal of the dictatorship of Omar al-Bashir and the restoration of democracy. In April al-Bashir was deposed in a military coup and replaced with a Transitional Military Council (TMC). But protests continued demanding a civilian-led transitional government. On June 3, security forces along with paramilitaries in the Rapid Support Forces attacked a sit-in protest in Khartoum, which was demanding the restoration of civilian government. Estimates of those killed range from 30 up to over 100, and doctors claim that around 70 women and men were raped. Women had reportedly constituted a majority of participants in the protests, and a local activist told France 24 that there had been a campaign of sexual harassment of women activists in an attempt to "break the girls". In response to the violence, workers responded with a general strike, nearly shutting down rail and air travel, retail and banking until the TMC agreed to release all political prisoners three days later, and resume talks on civilian rule. Demonstrations continued and civilian rule began to be restored, although many women continued to protest at being sidelined in the new institutions. okay okay, I actually am writing now… it’s a Mandela Catalogue AU fic. It will be based off of the show ‘Severence’. The plot will be similar with some tweeks to fit the tmc plot and characters better. This is just a rough draft of a few character overviews, they are subject to change as some character stories overlap between the two series. Here’s my list for who will be like who

Overview for the characters:

Adam M. wakes up on a long office table, frustrated with confusion as an amateur voice speaks on an intercom. He wanted to forget the tragedy of his mother, now he starts fresh with an office job at Alternate Sources sifting out ‘scary’ shapes. But does he even want this? Was this ever for him? Maybe someone will help, outside.

Sarah H. just got promoted to office manager after Thatcher D. left work permanently. She’s a bit awkward and has her work set out for her with Adam M. and his attempts to leave.

Jonah M. seems to be the office comedic relief. He buddies up with Adam M. and spills his little theories about why they do this and what his ‘outie’ is like, but at the first sign of danger he dashes like prey. He doesn’t want to be hurt.

Thatcher D. former Alternate Sources employee was removed due to being ‘disgruntled’. Outside, he has flashes of his Inside life, confusing hallucinations, though he remembers both lives and wants to uncover what’s been going on.

Mark H. manages the well-being of the workers, helping them when they have feelings of distress. He doesn’t get to go home at the end of the day like the others. Adam, Sarah, Jonah, and Eve all have outside lives, but Mark has nothing. He has a resemblance to Sarah H. but there’s a million people with round faces and brown hair so who’s to speculate?

Evelin M. works with Jonah, Sarah, and now Adam. She follows the A.S. handbook to a T…most of the time. The world inside and outside of Alternate Sources is not black and white. Evelin tries to keep the balance with the strange air about the workspace that came about when Adam M. arrived.

Can Russia really increase the production of missiles?

Russia reported that it is increasing monthly missile production rates. The war in Ukraine is consuming missiles much faster than Moscow had predicted. Even the large pre-war Russian stock relying on tactical attack missiles and ballistic missiles, the local industry may not meet the demands of this conflict.

Russia needs these missiles to support its offensive operations in Ukraine. Authorities in Moscow said Russia is doubling the production of precision-guided ammunition (PGMs), according to a Newsweek report. Tactical Missiles Corporation (TMC) is a leading supplier of these systems. However, achieving an increase in PGM production can occur at the expense of other missile programs.

Moscow can try to run its existing missile production lines with additional shifts. For this, companies need skilled workers (there is already a shortage). Russia could meet this need by transferring people from lower priority production programs to others. Of course, these workers will require some "retraining". Establishing totally new production lines for PGMs is a long-term project that cannot produce fast results.

Recent videos from Russia indicate that the country may be about to introduce significant new air-to-air missile features in its most advanced combat jets.

Even if Moscow chooses this path, it will still face a supply problem. It turns out that Russian weapons include a much larger proportion of foreign-made components than previously thought. Western sanctions are restricting supply. Therefore, Moscow should prioritize.

Some Russian surface-to-air (SAM) missile lines are being disabled (or significantly reduced) to release key components. This prioritization may result in an increase in monthly tactical attack and the production of ballistic missiles, but it will not last. Not far in the future, the monthly production rate will begin to fall as the supply of critical parts begins to run out.

Other parts of the Russian defense industry are already feeling the moment. The Russian army is losing tanks in Ukraine at a very high pace. Before the war, there were two active tank production lines in Russia. Recently, one was temporarily disabled due to a lack of critical components.

How long Russia can sustain a higher rate of missile production is unknown, but it is definitely not indefinitely.

The judge’s decision threatens the coverage of routinely recommended preventive services, and could lead to more Americans going without needed health care. That would be especially harmful for people in rural communities and racial and ethnic minorities, who are more likely to go without health insurance.

The federal government will likely appeal the ruling and ask for a stay on its implementation while it makes its way through the court system. That’s the only way to ensure access to the important preventive services that are guaranteed under the Affordable Care Act.

Supportive Palliative Care

Supportive palliative care (SPC) is patient and family-centered medical care that focuses on pain relief and other distressing symptoms related to serious illness. It also helps patients and their families manage emotions, understand goals of care, explore their values and interests, and make informed health decisions. SPC is offered alongside treatments meant to cure or treat the underlying condition and can be provided at any stage of an illness, regardless of whether that treatment is successful. It can even serve as a bridge to hospice services for patients with an expected terminal prognosis.

SPC may be provided by physicians who specialize in palliative medicine, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and chaplains, as well as home health aides and volunteers. It can take place in hospitals, outpatient palliative care clinics and residential facilities, or at a patient's home. Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance plans usually cover SPC. Veterans and some employers' policies may also cover this service.

Its Immunization Branch provides information for families and their medical providers about the benefits of immunizations and which ones are recommended at different life stages.

The agency's County Indigent Health Care Program helps low-income Texans get the health care they need, such as prescriptions paid for by Medicaid or SCHIP. And its Aging and Disability Resource Centers can help Texans find assistance with personal care, nursing home care or help at home. And its Community Resource Coordination Groups help people whose needs can't be met by one agency and would benefit from interagency coordination.

But many Texans lack access to health care, including preventive care. They often seek medical treatment in emergency rooms, where the costs are much higher than at a doctor's office or clinic. They're more likely to die from a chronic illness, and they're less likely to have a family physician or other provider who can guide them toward good health habits.
