My mistake, just saw your earlier post saying that it apparently does not confirm that the poem is about Zangetsu. If thats true, then yeah this fan is spreading false info -- gross.

Regardless if it is true or not, I do think its still about Zangetsu only because.... Ichi was depressed about his powers being gone and then was seemingly back to normal as soon as they returned. Seemed like the central focus to the Arc, so it naturally made sense to me. Though it doesnt matter because as you said, IH is cannon lol

I saw the video, it's using three poems from three solo Ichigo covers (19, 25, 49) so to me it looks they just picked Ichigo material to promote his blade replica-I honestly don't think this was meant to be a confirmation of the poem being about Zangetsu, especially since the poem from volume 19 is obviously about how Rukia changed his world (we even have chapter 164 titled "the one who changed the world" and Kubo using Orihime to tell us why Ichigo is going to such lengths to save Rukia) and again I get why some people lean towards Zangetsu because an argument can be made for his character, but I really do think the poem from volume 49 is supposed to be for his bond with Rukia. As for the manga content you mentioned, Ichigo wasn't only depressed about his powers being gone, he missed nakama that resided there-he tries to act unbothered when Keigo mentions Rukia/her absence, we see him dream of Byakuya, Renji, and Rukia, and we see how he how smiles when he sees the Shinigami return later in the arc--I never agreed with people centering his depression wholly on Rukia (who does get singled out not because of romance, but because she's his closest nakama from SS) or his powers because it's both, he missed his friends and he missed powers which Kubo conveyed well enough but the fanbase was too entrenched in ship wars back then to appreciate it. In the past, you had people trying to make everything about Ichigo/Rukia in the shipping sense and now you have people trying to squash any sort of content written for their bond.
