Blade - Character Analysis

Mun Note: This is NOT an analysis of 'canon' Blade. THIS post is practically a public record on how I intend to portray him as a muse! I do not assume everyone will agree nor will I put pressure on any mun who has Blade as a muse; that is just not who I am.

My Blade will ALWAYS address any portrayal of DAN HENG as Imbibitor Lunae; he is NOT being disrespectful, Blade is well aware of the reincarnation, it is simply a chaotic 'middle' ground to avoid a potential 'mara strike' attack when it is inconvenient for him.

Speaking the name Dan Heng, frustrates him as its admitting that a 'good' part of his past is truly gone forever. Blade would never call him 'Dan Feng' as Dan Heng is not the one that committed the 'crime' that led to their current 'living' situations. Using Imbibitor Lunae is the name least likely to trigger a 'mara strike' episode.

The only time Blade will 'freely' use the name Dan Heng is if one ( muse ) spends the time getting to know each other interactions wise. However, that is difficult as Blade will flee from him when he feels the mara in him 'acting' up and threatening to take control... why?

Blade does not wish to request an 'innocent' like Dan Heng to kill him just to stop the mara; it is also to protect Dan Heng from himself should the other fail to swiftly neutralize him. When Kafka is unavailable, Blade takes neutralizing himself into his own hands which means fleeing from anyone he is around into a 'quiet' corner and turning his sword upon himself.

The common occurrence is Blade finding a hidden corner in the shadows of a building as the mara begins to take hold, drawing his sword then STABBING himself through the chest with it and pulling it out to start a death phase. Slumping his body against the wall and blacking out/dying which stops the 'strike' from consuming him and putting innocent civilians at risk of his rampages.

Blade will wake up some time later with a self deprecating laugh and a common question 'why do I care about others again?' before using spare bandages to wrap up his chest and walk off like nothing happened. Unless someone finds him; this is usually how Blade ends up getting arrested and the Stellaron Hunters break him out.

Final 'Mun' Note: That is all for now ~ This may grow but unsure yet! I just imagine Blade waking up and someone - like a random citizen - is looking at him absolutely terrified and he just blankly stares at them like 'others wonder why I try find a private spot to die?' gets up and walks off clutching his chest like 'sorry for the trauma that may have caused you' ... BONKS HIM.
