no but now i'm thinking about asunder and how big a part of the plot the phylacteries were and just. in a world state where the circles are restored is that practise restored too? and if so what happens to a mage inquisitor and any other mages of the inquisition, would they be expected to have their blood sent to the white spire or are they exempt and if they're exempt how does other mages react to that biowhere come back i have questions
