hmm this kinda depends on how you define roleplay. but ill include anything that has at least some roleplay elements

hermitcraft (im a bit hesitant to put it at nr 1 cause i think if this list is purely about the roleplay then dsmp and leben would be higher. but i do love it and its definitely my favorite right now so it is here)

dsmp (obviously. i do love it. though only up until the disc finale tbh, i mostly stopped watching afterwards and as far as im concerned the story ends there lol)

desperado (honestly i couldnt tell you a single thing that happened in desperado except for the odinakajesus outtakes video where he and glp take like 500 attempts to walk through the desert. but i do remember i loved it so its on the list)
