Nyotaimori
Takes place during The Tower: Family immediately after chapter 16: Reminiscing.
I stepped out of the shower, aching in a pleasant post-sex way.  I’d just been put through my paces.  Today was the twins' first day of school and when we’d gotten home, we’d gone to the home cinema and fucked while we watched old videos of our past exploits.  I’d ended up with Tony, Thor, Bruce, and Clint all inside me at the same time, so I was feeling particularly fucked out.
I wasn’t done though.  Natasha had the idea that we have Nyotaimori for lunch and that I would act as the plate.
I was a little nervous about it.  Not because I was feeling insecure or anything like that.  It sounded sexy and I knew my husbands and wives all found me completely irresistible.  I didn’t doubt that they’d be turned on by me lying there while they ate sushi off my naked body.  After the wedding ceremony on Asgard, I didn’t even have any sign of scarring from my cesarean to feel self-conscious about.
I just knew what it was like having to lie completely still for a long time, and I worried that if I got bored it might spoil the experience.
I did want to try it though, and I knew I was safe with all of them.  If I was going to try it, I might as well do it properly.  I dried and fixed my hair, put on some makeup, and grabbed a black and silver filigree masquerade mask and a pair of black kitten heels from the walk-in.
Natasha came into the bedroom while I was slipping on a robe.  “Lunch is here.  Are you ready?”
“As I’ll ever be,” I said.
She laughed and took my hand.  “You can always say no, you know?”
“Of course, I do,” I said.  “But you look pretty when you do the puppy dog eyes.”
She laughed and nudged me.  “You’re one of two people I’d let get away with even hinting that I would ever do puppy dog eyes.”
“Speaking of puppy dogs…” I said.
She laughed.  “Don’t worry.  The dog walker came to take them out for a few hours.  You’re not gonna get any random dogs running in and trying to eat sushi off you.”
We went down to the dining area, the rest of the group was over in the living area and could see what was going on, but Natasha called out to them not to look so it would be a surprise.  I felt a little bad for Natasha that she didn’t get the surprise too.  Especially given that this was her idea.  I figured that the reason why it was her was just that she knew what needed to be done.
She’d already laid a cloth over the table with one of our nicer towels on top of that and a pillow.  I took off my robe, climbed up on the table, and lay down.  As I slipped the mask on, Natasha brought the bags of sushi over.
“Okay,” she said.  “Get as comfortable as you can.  Hands at your sides.”
I lay down as she instructed and Natasha started to lay out the sushi. She started by placing long green leaves over various parts of my body, down my stomach, over my groin, down my arms and legs, and two small leaves to cover each nipple.  She artfully placed each one down and placed orchid blossoms around some of them.  “Where did you even get those from?”
“Honey, you haven’t figured out that money can pretty much get you anything delivered in an hour?” she teased.  “FRIDAY contacted a place that does these kinds of parties and negotiated a price for them to be delivered as soon as they could.”
I laughed and shook my head. “I guess I’ll never get used to that.”
When the plants were in place, Natasha began setting up the sushi.  There were a lot of us, and with Bruce, Steve, Thor, and Bucky, a lot of food was needed, so there was far more sushi than could ever fit on me.  Natasha wasn’t concerned.  She placed the sushi in patterns so it worked, putting as much on me that fit without looking cluttered.  She then set the rest out around me in piles on plates along with the dipping sauces and accoutrements.
“Okay, she’s ready,” Natasha said, getting up on a chair so she could take a photo of me.
The rest of the group all made their way into the room.  “Damn,” Sam said.  “You look so hot, princess.”
Clint whistled. “And how.  God damn.”
They all took seats around the table.  Tony was the first one to take the leap and take a piece of sushi.  He picked up his chopsticks and took a piece from my stomach.  “Mm… presentation does affect the taste,” he said.  “This is good.”
Steve had taken a seat closer to my head.  “How are you doing there, sweetheart?” he asked. “Are you comfortable?”
“Mm-hmm,” I hummed.  “I’m all good.  Thank you, honey.”
“You tell me if that changes,” he said and picked up a piece of sushi from my shoulder with his chopsticks.
“I wonder how the kids are going?”  Wanda said.
“I am sure they’re having a wonderful time,” Thor said.  “Riley will be entertaining all her new friends with her powers!”
“Oh god, I hope not,” Sam said.  “It was hard enough for us to convince them she would be safe to go.”
“I’m sure if anything had happened, they’d have called,” Natasha said.
“I hope so,” Bucky agreed.  “I hope they’re settling in okay.  But if they’re having trouble, I hope the school calls.  I don’t want things to get out of control because we never find out about it.”
“I’m sure it will be fine, Buck,” Steve said.  “They know things are a little different for them.”
“Can you check, El?” Clint asked.
I looked down at the threads that connected me to my family and I wound my fingers around the sky-blue thread that joined me to Riley and the grass-green thread that connected to Pietro.  I closed my eyes and focused on them.  Warmth and joy traveled down into me from the children and a soft smile settled on my lips.  “They’re having fun.  It’s lunchtime there too.  They’re outside playing.”
“See, it’s all good,” Clint said.  “Now let’s stop worrying about them, and enjoy this feast in front of us.”  He ran the end of his chopstick up my side and I squealed and flinched away from him.
“Stop it, Clint!” I said.
“Don’t mess with her, Clint,” Steve said, his disappointed-dad tone in full effect.  “This has to be hard enough to do as it is.”
“Yeah, Clint,” I pouted.  “No one has even offered to feed me any yet.”
“I’m sorry princess,” Clint said.  “What do you want?  One of these tempura thingies?”
“Yes, please.”
He picked up a shrimp tempura nigiri with his chopsticks and held it to my mouth and I awkwardly took a bite.  We both started laughing when the Nigiri broke apart at my bite and showed rice on my face.
“Well that didn’t work,” Clint said, eating the other half of the piece.
I shook my head laughing, trying to shake the sticky rice off my skin.  Steve reached over and brushed the rice from my face.  I swallowed what was in my mouth and wrinkled my nose.  “On second thought, I might just wait to eat when the rest of you are done.”
“Are you sure, El?  You really don’t have to do this,” Steve said.
“I’m sure.  I like being the center of attention,” I assured him.
“I’ll set some aside for you,” Steve said and began to fill a plate with sushi that I could eat.
There was a small lull in conversation as everyone focused on eating for a moment.  There was getting to be less food on me, though the two pieces covering my nipples were still in place along with a scattering of others over my body.
“Do we think these babies will have powers?”   Bruce asked, breaking the silence.
He sounded worried.  I knew he was. The potential for powers was a big part of that.  His struggles with the Hulk had been so hard on him and so volatile that the idea of powers being good, even now that his two aspects had been merged, was difficult for him to understand.
“You have all been absorbed into the Asgardian Pantheon.  You are gods, minor deities granted, but still gods.  Our children will all be gods as well,” Thor said.  “So they will each have their own gifts.”
“Will they be like ours?” Clint asked.  “I mean, Riley has weather-related powers like you.  Will Natasha’s baby have some kind of camouflage power or animal-related power?”
Thor shook his head.  “It is difficult to say.  Stories shape our magic.  Powers can be revealed at opportune moments, be passed on from parent to child, and be passed from one to another to complete a quest.  My powers can be shared through Mjolnir for example.  The powers our children are blessed with will fit their story.”
“That sounds like such horse shit,” Tony scoffed.  “Just say you don’t know.”
“Tony,” Steve scolded.
Tony huffed.  “Fine.”  He paused for a moment then mumbled, “Sorry, Thor.”
“You do not have to believe, Anthony,” Thor said. “The magic exists whether you believe in it or not.”
I knew how hard it was for Tony to bite his tongue after that.  It was pretty funny how absolutely dedicated to his atheism he was after everything we've been through.  He always said just because he was old and did things we didn’t understand, didn’t make him a god.
Tony huffed.  “Fine,” he said.  “I’m gonna eat one of these nip pieces.”
He snatched one of the maki rolls from my breast and put it in his mouth.  The leaf remained in place, so as he chewed, he reached over and flicked it away.  My nipple had pebbled under the cool leaf, and Tony ran his thumb around it and began to massage my breast.
I let out a soft moan and Tony smirked at me, swallowing his sushi.  “You like that do you, honey?”
“Uh-huh,” I hummed.
Tony leaned over the table and began to suck on my breast.  I moaned louder and my toes curled.  “Fuck, Tony.”
I had no idea what Tony’s plans were here.  We’d just had some crazy sex.  I thought it would be at least an hour or two before anyone was ready for more.  He was more than happy to just tease me though.  It made it very hard to lay still, and I squirmed as he suckled on my breast.
Steve ate the other piece that had been on my breast and as soon as he’d picked it up, Clint was leaning over the table and latching onto my nipple.
I cried out and my legs trembled as I tried not to buck my hips and send food flying everywhere.  My eyes squeezed closed as I tried to focus, but it was becoming increasingly difficult.  I was already soaking wet.
There was movement around my legs, plates being moved out of the way, and then two hands gripped my ankles, one cool metal and the other warm flesh.
Bucky dragged me down to the end of the table.  I squealed and broke into giggles.  What remaining sushi that was still on me was sent scattering, some still sticking to my skin, the rest rolling off onto the table.  My giggles were cut short as Bucky lunged in and began eating me out.  He didn’t hold back, his tongue lapped all around my folds and he plunged two fingers inside me.  Given how recently I’d had pretty full-on sex, I was already overworked and over-sensitive, and I arched up hard and cried out.
No one else seemed particularly interested in doing anything other than watch or help bring me over - and that was not going to take long.
Bucky suckled on my clit and thrust his fingers in and out at a frantic rate.  His fingers hit my g-spot again and again.  I was sent reeling, unable to focus on anything but the pleasure surging through me.  It was added to by Tony and Clint sucking and massaging my breasts, and the other touching and kissing me.
It was too much.  I couldn’t hold on and my orgasm crashed down on me hard.  I cried out, bucking up and arching violently off the table as I gushed on Bucky.  Lights popped in my eyes and for a moment, I was aware of nothing except that intense endorphin rush.
I flopped back down, breathing heavily and Bucky pulled back. “God damn,” he said.
I moaned, breathing heavily, and waved my hand back and forth.
“You okay there, Mishka?” Natasha asked.
“Uh-huh,” I said.  “No one else gonna come?”
“That was for you,” Bucky said.
“Thank you,” I said in a slight sing-song voice.
Steve came and helped me up, and Bruce helped with my robe.  “Do you want to eat now?” Wanda asked.
“Yes, please,” I said.
“You do that, and we’ll clean up,” Steve said.
“And when you’re done, you can get dressed and we’ll go get the kids,” Sam said.
I beamed at him.  I thought today would be stressful and full of worry, but instead, thanks to my unique family, it had been completely amazing.

Warnings: age gap, creepin’, slow burn, stepdad-adjacent, possible noncon/dubcon, abuse.
Character: silverfox!Thor
Summary: Your mother meets a new man, but he doesn’t seem very interested in her.
Note: I’m in my head. Sorry for another post. Another erratic drabble series. Appreciate any and all feedback. Love you all.
Tumblr media
You chew on your sleeve as you look at the shelf of oats. The bustle of the grocery store has you shifting between bodies, trying to avoid getting in the way of other shoppers. You hide your mouth behind the frayed cuff and take a bag of instant oats. It’s the right brand but not the right cut. They don’t have any of the ones your mother likes left in stock.
You take a step back and collide with another, a brush against your arm as a warmth spreads across the back of your loose sweatshirt. You flinch and pull away from the large man at your side, his silver and blonde hair drawn back into a low bun as he smiles down at you. His shoulders are impossibly wide and his height has you dizzy.
“Sorry,” you mumble into the cotton.
“Not at all,” he reaches blindly and takes a bag of oats, tossing it in his cart as he goes to stand behind it, “just didn’t want you tripping.”
You blink at him and tuck your chin down. Your heart is thumping behind your ears. He’s a stranger. You don’t like strangers. And he’s big. So big.
You scurry away without another word and head down the next aisle. Your mother stands with a hand on the cart as she holds a can in her other. She sneers at the label. You near and set the bag of oats in the basket. She looks over as she puts the soup back on the shelf.
“I don’t want quick oats,” she tuts.
“They–”
“Get your hand away from your mouth,” she snaps and you pull your arm down as another cart rattles by on wobbly wheels. You turn your head, the figures of other shoppers has you overly aware. “Finally get you out of the house and you can’t even get the right oats.”
“Mum,” you murmur, “there was none–”
“You need to speak up, it’s loud in here,” she snaps and takes two cans of cream of mushroom and drops them in the cart, “how many times do I need to tell you?”
You swallow, “they were out of steel-cut.”
“So get a different brand.”
“I didn’t–”
“Think?” She bats your arm with her knuckles and herds you out of her way as she keeps browsing the broths.
You back up, this time, your heel hits the wheel of another cart. You spin and try to sidle out of the way, clamouring into your mom with your shoulder as you apologise to the other shopper. It’s the same man. He stops his cart parallel to your mother’s.
“You okay?” He asks as you get your footing. You nod and quickly scuttle to hide beside your mother.
“Watch what you’re doing,” she spins and flicks her fingers at you, “you’re getting in everyone’s way.”
“It’s fine,” the man says as he remains, “but if you could pass me some of the Heinz’ split pea, it’d be better.”
She glances over at the man, her cheeks taut and ready for confrontation. In an instant, the venom drains from her face and she puts on a simpering smile. You can practically hear the drool in her mouth.
“Oh, sir, I’m sorry about my daughter,” she preens, a none too subtle swipe of her hand over her hair, “she’s a bit oblivious.”
“Like I said, it’s fine. It’s a busy one,” he glances around as you stare at the floor and bounce in your sneakers nervously. You just want to go. The heat blazing up your neck has you sweating as the aisle grows more and more crowded, “the split pea, please, if you don’t mind?”
“Of course, just the one, dear?” You mother tweets in a higher pitch.
“One, yes,” he agrees.
“You come here often?” Your mother asks as she picks out the can and hands it over.
“As often as I need split pea soup,” he kids and you peek up beneath your lashes as the heat piques along the nape of your neck. He’s looking at you as he speaks, not your mother. “You?”
“Feels too often,” she says brightly. Your eyes dart over as you’re put off by her unusually chipper singsong. “Kat, by the way.”
“Kat?” He utters in confusion before his irises spark and he tears his attention from you, “oh, uh, Thor.”
“Thor, that’s an interesting name,” she says breathily.
“And your daughter?” He asks.
“Oh, her,” she says tritely and gives your name, “she’s a bit shy, as you see. Don’t worry about her, she’s off in her own world.”
You hide a frown and return to your examination of your shoes. Your soles scuff as you sway anxiously. Why does she have to stay and chat? You just want this over with.
“I can grab the right oats,” you offer.
“Dear, if I have to tell you to speak up one more time,” she turns on you and grabs the oats from the basket, “here. Go try again.”
She shoves the bag against your chest, nearly causing you to stumble. You catch them as she lets them go and they slide down your stomach. You hug them and refuse to acknowledge the witness to your humiliation.
“Yes, mum,” you turn and retreat slowly, stepping around the shopper lingering behind your mother.
You weave through the roadblock of carts and get to the end of the aisle, standing on your toes to look back at your mother. She plays with her hair as she continues to blabber at the man, jamming up the rest of the shoppers waiting to get by. As you watch, the stranger turns and sees you easily over the crowd. Thor, he said his name was.
You flit away into the next aisle and return to the shelf of oats. You trade the old one for a bag of generic steel-cut oats. You take your time as you pause to check out a new flavour of instant oatmeal; cinnamon praline. That’s different.
You dodge another shopper as they approach and you go back the way you came, taking the longest path back to your mother. She’s not by the soup, rather you find her down the next row staring at the trail mix. As you near, she doesn’t bother looking.
“Took you long enough,” she chides.
“Sorry, mum.”
“Hmm, well, it’s fine. Gave me time with that… hunk,” she pushes the cart onward as you follow at her heels, “god, wasn’t he handsome?”
“Um, I don’t know.”
“Well, you wouldn’t, would you? Hermit like you.”
You bring your cuff back to your mouth and nibble, “no.”
“Hmm, we’re having dinner.”
“Dinner?”
“Me and that man. Thor. I asked him out and naturally, he said yes. People our age, they don’t have many options but I think I just stumbled on the jackpot,” she chimes and slows the cart, “we should check the toiletries. Perhaps I could find a new lipstick before we go. For the date.”
“I… guess.”
She sighs as she veers the cart around to the next aisle, “it really is sad, you know? Should be you out on dates, not your old mother.” You hum into your sleeve and shrug. She rolls her eyes as she looks back at you, “for the last time,” she halts and grabs your wrist, forcing your hand down, “don’t do that.”

As I mentioned earlier in the week, I wrote a little something for Thor a long while back and some of you have expressed interest in seeing a peek of it so here it is.
Let me know what you guys think. 😊
**It is NOT edited.
**This slides to the side of grey/dark Thor.
~~~~~~~~
"Your majesty," Altheea began bowing as she spoke.
The man she was speaking to wasn't a man. He was a God. His back was turned to her as he gazed out over his kingdom and all that belonged to him, his birthright--Asgard. It had once been lost, destroyed, and ripped from him but as the saying went, what belonged to you always found its way back to you. With the magic of gods and the reshaping of time Asgard and its people were restored to its glory and was his once again. He was told to consider it his reward for his role in the Infinity War and payment for all he'd lost. A loss that had taken its toll.
He didn't acknowledge Altheea's presence. She hadn't expected him to. Altheea knew he was angry. How could he not have been?
"Are you just going to stand there or are you going to speak!”
His voice was loud and the way it bounced off the stone walls only made it echo that much more. After the walls stopped trembling she took a breath. From where she stood Altheea could see the heaving of his massive shoulders as he tried to grab the reins of his anger. It was an anger that was quick to rise and difficult to quell ever since the war.
"She's been found, my liege."
As soon as the words left her mouth the towering God turned to face her. For a moment she saw lightning crackle in the depths of his irises illuminating the blue that resided there, and for that extended moment, the air around them became humid and heavy. Outside, the skies darkened for a second as a flash of lightning decorated the space cracking it in half for a few seconds before the rift was mended. The clouds did nothing to dim the bright glow of the 3 lightning strikes that followed.
He took a step toward her and Altheea lowered her head not wanting to meet his gaze. She had seen many who tried or dared either get hypnotized by the electricity in them and convulse to be forever changed or struck by lightning for their effort. She did not want to experience either. When he stopped moving the skies returned to their normal blue for the beautiful day that was promised.
"Where is she?"
"Locked in her chambers as you requested, Altheea informed.
Without another word, he walked past her and out of the room. Silently Altheea hoped you were ready for everything that was coming your way because the God of Thunder was furious and he was ready to show you that everything in this kingdom belonged to him. He was the King of Asgard.
It was when thor was sent by his father to get rid of tons of titans that were getting out of hand in the midguard, sure it's none of his business but he must anyways
after his duties is over, he decided to stay in the midguard for a while just to take a fresh air in the forest, he found a peaceful spot with beautiful flowers so he decided to rest there and pick a few flowers so he could give it to his fellow asguardians when he's back
just before he could pick a third flower, he heard a low ruffles sound behind him. He turn around to see a silhouette fading, curious. He get up and follow where the silhouette faded. Ended up in another flower spot where he sees a petite girl quickly grabbing her flower basket
"uhm... why are you following me?" the said petite girl asked the god of thunder while standing in a far distance, looking at him cautiously. The god only stayed silent, walking slowly to towards her, she didn't walk back, simply look at him, still keeping her guard up. Thor bent down to her height and hand her flowers he picked up earlier. "you must've wanted to pick these flowers at that spot earlier. Did you hesitate because of my presence?" Thor asked her calmly while holding her hand tenderly. The girl's expression softened slightly "I just don't want to draw any attention to myself" Thor nodded and stood up, extending his right arm, signaling her to place her plam on his. Her expression as empty as his, but to feel a tenderness in him. She take his hand which is a much larger one. He turn to walk back to the earlier spot and release her hand to bend down and pick up flowers again "you're not the talkative one" Thor said, as if he spit out his thoughts, she followed his movements, picking up flowers for herself as she spoke up "I can tell that you are too" the god simply hummed by her words, seeing their similarities. they stayed silent for a while, awkward as it may feels, they enjoyed each other presence and thor wouldn't mind staying for a little longer. Eventually they spare each other a small talk
"i am thor, god of thunder of the asguard, you are?"
"Kianna, Kianna Komori"
Thor notices her avoidance of expressing emotions, her calm collected isn't her nature when he inspects closer, that is what get the norse prince to count her as one hell of a mystery.
but he couldn't possibly stay even longer since he have asguard waiting for him. Thor got up and bit her a sweet goodbye "I must go now, would you like to meet here again?" the girl look up at him softly, responding as gentle as her gaze "I see why not" Thor exhales in satisfaction with her answer, "until we meet again, Kianna" as he disappears, his last thoughts on earth was how he felt talkative more than his natural self, it honestly make him feel a new feelings inside his heart. She was beautiful, but something about her quiet nature is hidden an unspeakable secret that requires a lot to understand, her character in fact, how interesting, he felt like he have to protect her from what have already hurted her, whatever it is he thought. He only have an unanswered questions at the end of the day, soon will disappear on the very dawning day... or not.
The thunder god was found to be visiting the midguard frequently, even stay in midguard over night, it was extremely odd for him to do so, even his maids start making theories about how he finally found the love of his life
and they were right
Kianna was sitting on Thor's lap while they talk to each other as Thor tied each flowers and leaves together, forming as a flower crown and gently place it on the petite girl's head
But the more he inspects her, the more he suspects a hidden story behind all of her opaque mask written in fake letters as it obscures her longing past pain. She was broken. That's all he could figure it out
Thor felt a little bit of an anger thinking about such disgusting mortals or any creature that hurted such a beautiful pure girl to the point she have to hide her true self from everyone-
"Thor?"
The said god snap out of his thoughts and turn his attention to Kianna "hmn?" Thor hummed as she furrowed her brows slightly, she didn't say anything. Simply laying her chin on his shoulder, suddenly, she felt Thor's hand motioning over to touch her bandaged arm
"these are scars, aren't it"
Kianna is startled by his question, she quickly reacted by shoving her arm away from his hand "I accidentally wounded myself". said the nervous girl, the lies are of course, never unnoticed by Thor, he deny her false claim. "I can see you, I can see what happened to you" the god said as he gently caress her cheeks so dearly
Kianna thought to herself for a while, he was worried about her, he knows her, he's trustworthy, he's in love with her. And oh how she feels just the same way as he does.
She relaxed herself a little and felt an urge to tell him, tell everything so he wouldn't be so worried about her, and open up to him, he meant no harm to her. He's the one that could grant her a long lost love and affection that was bygone.
and so she does as her mind tells
It was another feeling that Thor couldn't find it everyday, or he never felt it at all. it was pity, sorrow, empathy, and compassion. Yet all of these are still an understatement, he felt a strong urge to protect her
Her poor self is yearning for his protection, he never felt any need to preserve anyone this much before
Her poor soul was damaged and covered up wrongly without any healing
Her poor, poor life was damned by what? by god? by the people she used to trust in?
Whatever matters is, the prince of the asguard finally set up his own goal.
He swear on his father he'll protect her at all cost,
from the evils and from the danger
from the mortals and from the gods
from everything, and everyone
he mustn't let anything get close to her
Anything.
that dares to wound her and damage her even further
will rot and drown into the afterlife of nothingness
Anything.
that dares to take her away from him, take her away from the safe and sheltered arms of the god of thunder
will endure the agony in niflheim for eternity
and even as much as they beg for forgiveness and mercy, there will be no chance
death wishes are always granted without any cancellations
he and him only will be the one who preserve her and will always be, he'll end anyone who dares to interfere even the slightest
he has lost himself for her, he would do anything for her, to keep her safe and for himself
Chapter One: Awaken
There is a light in the distance, shadowing through the trees. The calling of ravens shrieking amidst the dreary winter. The ground that laid before the spartan and his son was frozen, frozen beneath their feet. The head attached to the man's hip spoke, out of turn.
"Brother, daylight is leaving us. We must take shelter before nightfall." The head was silenced by the hoarse grunt that left the spartan.
"Lad, talk some sense into yer' father."
"I don't think that is a good idea, Mimir." The boy had replied, shrugging his bow back onto his shoulder, keeping a steady pace behind his father.
Their journey back to the dwarves home had been fruitful, with a deer slung over Kratos's shoulder the three pushed through the barren lands of Midgard for what had felt likes months. However, they had only been away from the dwarves warehouse a matter of days.
"We go home." Kratos murmured loud enough for the other two to hear. "To the dwarves. The Mystic Gateway is just ahead." He added.
Much to their dismay when they had arrived to their destination, several draugr had been guarding it along with an amount of Hel-walkers to serve a small army.
Kratos threw aside their bounty to unsheathe his axe, Atreus close behind, readying his bow.
"Hold on, this gateway-" Mimir had been too late for he had been cast aside as Kratos lunged to pursue the enemies before him.
Mimir had went barreling through what had felt like stone, as he himself rolled to a halt. He groaned, dizzy from all of the rolling. If he still had a stomach he would have lurched forward and emptied whatever would have been in his stomach at the time.
"Fuckin' hell." He whispered under his breath.
Oh how he wished he would have been left behind on this little hunting trip, yet, the two always had need for him and his wisdom. And now, here he was, thrown into wherever he had been present. Looking up at the stone ceiling of what he could make out as a small internal cavern, his eyes glanced around, hoping to notice anything out of the blue or familiar.
It was then he had landed on the stone sarcophagus before him. His breath hitched; his eyes widened as if he had just found a treasure beyond his wildest dreams. The thought of having a body returned to the front of his head, and he yearned to be able to get up and further explore.
"Mimir!" the boys voice had called out to him, in which had snapped Mimir out of his daydream.
"Uh, in here little brother! I think-I think I found something." Or someone, he thought.
Before long, he could hear the crunch of snow, rock and debris under the boy's feet; heavy footfalls from his father approaching.
"Whoa," began Atreus, snagging up Mimir to hand back to Kratos.
"What is this place, head?" Kratos asked, awaiting Mimir's answer.
"A shrine."
"More like a gravestone." Atreus interrupted, earning a glare from Mimir.
"Whose? Odin's? Another god?" Kratos eagerly questioned.
Atreus had drawn closer, his hands grazing over the carvings that were slashed across it.
"Of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awaken by the light of Alfheim" Atreus spoke aloud.
Mimir, shot a look towards Atreus who waited for approval.
"Brother. If I believe I am correct, I know who lies before us." Mimir concluded.
"Any god is an enemy." Kratos growled.
"Aye, understood, this is a friend of mine. Long ago." Mimir pushed, with a sigh.
Kratos said nothing more, motioning to leave, yet Atreus stayed at the face of the sarcophagus etched and surrounded by vines, budding with large flowers.
Atreus held up his bow, drawing back the string. A bead of sweat running down his temple.
"Boy!"
The arrow had collided with the vines, and faded away, the light merging with the stone. There was nothing that had come about it, leaving the boy with much disdain. Atreus, turned away to face his father, who was angered by the rebelling of his son.
"You see, nothing came of that."
"At least I tried."
"Keep your focus on the task ahead, boy." Kratos told Atreus, a stoic expression lining his features.
Atreus nodded, walking alongside his father. Mimir cleared his throat, earning the attention of the young boy.
"Aye lad, the attempt was well appreciated." he says.
Before the three stepped foot from the abandoned shrine, a faint glow caught their attention from behind. Atreus, Mimir and Kratos turned, unaware of what was about to happen.
"Looks like the lad did something." Mimir spoke, while Kratos unhooked him from his belt, holding him out for the boy to take.
Atreus gently grasped his friend in his hand as he cautiously took a step forward towards the stone slab. He reached for the lid, pushing it back, for it did not budge. Heavy and thick was the stone, Atreus looked back to his father, who leaned against the wall watching the two.
"Mind helping your son, brother?" Mimir called to Kratos.
The boy's father, not knowing what to expect from this, did not assume while he firmly placed his hands against the cool rock slab before him.
With a firm shove, the lid to the sarcophagus fell back, crashing against the floor. Light shimmered much more brightly from within, more vines, budding with those same flowers now sprouting. Kratos stepped back, holding his son and Mimir behind him. He readied his weapon, just in case, and waited with bated breath.
~~~~~~~~
With such a force, her eyes opened as she had been jolted awake. Her vines, her flowers grew wild from her resting place, her hands raising to grasp onto the railing of her tomb. Pulling herself up, a change of the scenery made its way, clouding her sense of judgement.
How long has it been?
While she had leaned up, she used what little power she had acquired to float out and land to the ground, her barefoot lightly touching the ground below her. The long white, embroidered tunic flowing around the woman, spread across the debris littered floor. The flowers adorned her hair, cascading down below her knees, some braided. A gold headpiece glimmered in what little light was around.
For a moment she said nothing, standing there basking in the cold of the small cavern. Her eyes--not to mention her body, adjusting to the brimming, freezing temperature.
"Oh, by the gods..." Said a voice all too familiar to her.
The woman jerked her head towards the three who had stood before her.
~~~~~~~
"My lucky stars...it is you!" Mimir croaked out. "Aye, lad! Could you bring me closer?" He asked Atreus, who gave a slight nod, but as he stepped forward Kratos held a firm hand pressed against the boy's shoulder.
"Aye brother, again, this is a friend. There is nothing to worry about." With that, Kratos hesitantly let go of his son, letting him approach the woman.
She waited patiently, as the young teenage boy came to her. She outstretched her arms, as Mimir was placed into her hands. Her hands trembled when she held Mimir's head.
"You look so tired, Mimir. What has happened to you?" she asked, brining him up to her face.
Mimir gave a sad sigh. "Too much and too long of a story lass."
She shook her head, tears stinging the corners of her eyes. All the cheerful sounds of Midgard were replaced by the howling of an empty wind, the shudder of sullen branches and the cry of stollen warmth. Her chest ached, burning with remorse for all the time she had missed.
"I was asleep for so long...tell me, friend. Is it time to ready for spring?" This made Mimir give another heavy sigh. His face hard with regret.
"Quite the opposite, little goddess." There was a a groan from a nearby draugr that alerted the three men, as the goddess shuttered.
"Best to get moving. Come with us, somewhere safe. I assure you. I will tell you everything you need to know on the way, Leif" He promises, as she nods, handing Mimir back to the boy.
She tried walking yet loses her balance and falls forward. Time spent asleep in the stone and she had forgotten how to walk, except she did not hit the ground, for the man with the ghostly appearance had caught her fall.
"Thank you." She whispered loud enough for only him to hear.
~~~~~~~
Surrounding her, she sat at the dwarves table, by the boy she had come to know as Atreus, and his father, across from her. She had come to know him as, Kratos. Mimir eyed her with a worried look, for he had noticed her anxiousness for the sudden crowd only being pulled from her eternal resting place only hours ago.
"So, who are you really?" asks Brok, one of the Huldra Brother's. "I find it hard to believe you're a fucking goddess come back to help."
"Brok, hold your tongue, ya' wee fuck." Mimir says sternly, "Alas, that ain't a way to speak to a lady."
Brok snorted, rolling his eyes as Atreus began to speak.
"From the runes on your arms...you're a goddess of spring?"
Mimir retorts, "Not just a goddess of spring-she is the goddess of spring."
Leif agrees with Mimir, folding her hands in her lap. She shyly shrunk away from everyone.
"Begs the question of why you were locked away in that tomb?" Brok yells from across the room.
"That's not a-"
"Well, we are all dying to know-"
"That's none of your concern, especially when she's just woken up-" Mimir interjects.
"Ah, who gives a lousy fuck! All we know she could be working with Odin." Brok hollers back at Mimir.
Odin? The All-Father...she hadn't heard from him in ages. What had become of him? Of everyone at home? Her friends, the spirits? Any of the Midgardians? There was so much going on all at once. Amongst the arguing, she shrinks away more inside her mind, trying to put everything together. None of her questions, answered. Abruptly, Leif stands, with the attention of the others on her now, as she stalks towards the door.
She needed air.
She needed a little space from all the attention that had become of her so quickly.
Through the doors of the Huldra Brother's home, Leif stepped out into the warm breeze in between the realms. To clear her mind, she decided for one way to help her overcome her nervousness.
And she did just that.

Blood Red Lips🍇
Thor Odinson x Amora
Asgard 📍
Tumblr media
(Right now)
Thor is sipping his ale and looking at Amora through his chamber’s window. She is practising her enchantments in the lawn on a berry bush, as she casts her spell the time disrupts and the berries turn ripe for one moment and mouldy the another.
She plucks a luscious berry and press it on her lips to leave the stains of its juice, making her lips blood red. Thor takes the last sip of his ale and puts the ale horn on his side table. The Crown Prince of Asgard takes a look at Amora’s whole act with the berry. He couldn’t help but walk to the front lawn and finally reaches to the Enchantress who is turning her back to him. Amora feels his presence and faces him. Gazing into those emerald eyes, the ocean eyed god lowers his head, holds the magical fingers of Amora and slowly whispers,
“Oh those kissable lips of yours, Amora!”

If it's okay can I please ask for a jealous thor x kianna smut if you're comfortable with that
And the rest is up to you
Tumblr media
A/N: Why yes, of course Nunez! I'm always up to explore what I can write, I hope you like what I've cooked up for you! <3
Thunderous Jealousy ⚡❤
➩ In the grand halls of Asgard, amidst a feast celebrating another victorious battle, Thor, the mighty god of thunder, found himself consumed by an unfamiliar emotion.
Jealousy, his lover, Kianna, with her brown short locks and elegant black dress adorned with a striking red bow, had caught the attention of another guest, a handsome warrior neither of them knew.
➩ Reader type: Oc x RoR!Thor
⚠: Jealous partner, being hit on by a stranger, passionate kissing, intimate touching, dirty talk, teasing, indication of public love making, non explicit description of love making, cliffhanger!
Tumblr media
Thor watched with a growing unease as the warrior approached Kianna, his charming demeanour drawing her into conversation.
Despite Kianna's polite and nervous demeanour around strangers, especially men. Thor's thunderous gaze did not go unnoticed by the observant guests.
Feeling the prickling heat of jealousy surging through him, Thor clenched his jaw and made his way swiftly toward Kianna and her suitor.
With each step, his resolve hardened, his protective instincts taking hold. As Thor reached them, he could sense Kianna's discomfort, her eyes subtly seeking his reassurance.
Without hesitation, Thor gently but firmly grasped Kianna's hand and pulled her away from the warrior's presence, his touch possessive yet tender.
"Excuse us.." Thor muttered curtly to the bewildered warrior before leading Kianna to a secluded alcove away from prying eyes.
Once they were alone, Thor released a pent-up breath, his expression a mix of frustration and vulnerability.
"Kianna, I couldn't bear to see another man begging for your attention like that, are you alright?" he confessed, his voice laced with raw emotion and worry.
Kianna, understanding the source of Thor's turmoil, placed a comforting hand on his arm.
"Thank you my dear.. I'm okay I suppose."
She reassured him, her gaze unwavering.
"There is no need for jealousy though, for your love is all I could ever desire Thor~"
Thor's tense demeanour softened at Kianna's words, his heart swelling with relief and gratitude.
But then there was something else he suddenly felt, lust.
Pulling the smaller woman close by her waist, the dress revealed enough curves for Thor's imagination to run wild.
Cupped her face in his hands, his lips seeking hers in a kiss filled with passion and longing.
In that moment, the world around them faded away, leaving only the echo of their shared love and feelings towards each other.
For Thor, the flames of jealousy had been extinguished, replaced by an overwhelming sense of love and devotion for the woman who held his heart.
Thor's lips were warm and soft, his tongue tasting sweet and familiar.
Despite the intensity of their current situation, Kianna couldn't help but get lost in the moment.
His hands roamed over her body, exploring every curve and dip, making her shiver in delight.
"Then prove to me Kianna, how much do you desire my love tonight~"
Thor whispered, his breath hot as he pulled away from their kiss and went against her ear.
"I want to take you here, right now-"
"We shouldn't!" Kianna interrupted, her heart pounding in her chest.
"We are in public..!"
Thor sighed, before he bites her earlobe to make her quiet down. Kianna whimpered at the stinging sensation, blushing deeply.
"You're right, but if someone sees us. Let them know you're all mine~" Thor expressed with a small grin, his yellow eyes filled with pride at the thought.
"I can't believe I'm agreeing to this but, promise me one thing then..”
"Anything," Thor replied, his voice shaking with desire.
"Make love to me until neither of us can walk anymore," she demanded, her eyes filled with hunger.
"Show me how much you love me in return, Thunder god~”
Thor chuckled in a dark deep tone.
“As you wish little lady~" he said, picking her up with his strong arms, bridal style.
Thor led her to the nearest staircase, putting her down there so it would be easier for him to make love to her.
Kianna’s body was trembling in excitement.
As they ascended, Thor continued to tease her, but this time his fingers brushed against her covered lower half and his lips kissed her neck.
"I know you love to please me, but this time.. Let me give you something in return~"
Kianna moaned softly, her body begging for release. "Please, hurry.." she whispered, her voice hoarse with desire.
"I need you inside me."
"Patience, my love," he murmured, his voice low and seductive.
“We have all the time in the world for me to enter you..eventually~"
Thor gently roamed over her body, exploring every inch of her curves.
"Spread your legs, Kianna," The thunder god commanded, his eyes filled with hunger for what was about to come next.
“You're a tease Thor Odinsson~”

Loki & The Siren; Chapter Twelve

Fic Synopsis:
This is the story about how you met and fell in love with Loki, hundreds of years before the events in Avengers, while his family was visiting Alfheim, where you were a siren.
It is a companion piece to Lightning Over the Sea-Redux to give more insight into your past and relationship with Loki.
18+ only

"Unun mín," Thor murmurs, breaking the silence, his breath hot against your ear as he pulls you close. You can feel your heart flutter at the endearment, a warmth spreading through your chest. “það er enginn eins og þú.”
"I can't get enough of you," he continues, his hands roaming over your body possessively. You can't help the giggle that escapes your lips, your own hands exploring the contours of his muscles.
"Is that so?" you tease, a playful glint in your eye. Thor's eyes darken with desire, his grip on you tightening.
"You have no idea," he growls before capturing your lips in a searing kiss.
You melt into the kiss, your body responding to his touch with an urgency that surprises you after such passionate lovemaking. You feel a flutter in your chest as you kiss him back, humming as your arms wrap around him to pull him closer. You wonder if his kisses will ever cease to inspire butterflies to riot against your ribs. You've never felt this way before, this all-consuming need for someone. Even though you could say much the same about your relationship with Loki, this was on another level. As you break the kiss, Thor's hand comes up to tuck a little blue wildflower into a strand of hair behind your ear.
"I long to cast aside this veil of secrecy and proclaim to all my undying affection for the Princess Una of Alfheim," he declares, his tone melancholic as he lays his heart bare before you. The reality of the situation weighs heavily upon you, however; your own feelings for Thor are a secret you can not yet reveal to the world.

Morning Coffee
When Thor visited the Avengers, the whole building felt like it was bathed in a powerful aphrodisiac.  Entering any room at any time of the day held the risk of walking in on someone either having sex or moving toward it.  Even in particularly public places, one of the Avengers might have cleared the room to spend some one-on-one time with Thor.
So it was no surprise when I went to the common room for breakfast early on a Sunday morning and walked in on Steve and Thor together.
Nothing had started between them.  Not yet anyway.  It looked like Steve had gotten a start on breakfast only to be distracted by Thor.  The kitchen bench had ingredients scattered all over it.  Most hadn’t even been touched except to move them from the fridge or pantry to the bench.  There was flour in a bowl and milk poured into a measuring jug but that was it.
The food was not what I was focused on.  The two muscular blonds were what caught my attention.  Both men were shirtless and wearing gray sweatpants, and nothing else.  Thor was leaning back on the counter, his hair tied back in a loose ponytail, stray strands of hair falling around his face.  He had one arm draped over his midriff and held a large mug of coffee to his lips.  He was peering over the cup at Steve with a flirtatious smile.  Steve leaned in toward the taller man, his hands in his pockets.
Nothing was happening yet outside a little early morning flirting, but I knew if I backed out of the room, it would.  I almost did.  I never quite knew what to do when I walked in on my partners getting frisky with each other.  I always wanted to dive right between them and get in on the action, but if they wanted one-on-one time, I didn’t want to mess that up for them.
This was the common room though, and if Thor and Steve wanted one-on-one time, they had their own rooms for that.   Besides they were just flirting so far, nothing was stopping them from continuing that and going up to one of their rooms if they wanted private time.
I approached the kitchen, and despite not needing to at all, I squeezed my way between them as if it was the only way to get by, my breasts brushing up against Thor’s chest and my as against Steve’s crotch.  “Excuse me, coming through,” I joked.
They both laughed and Steve caught me before I could make it past them, his arms wrapping around my waist.  “Good morning, you little troublemaker,” he said, kissing my neck.  “I’m starting to think you have a superpower and it’s sniffing out pheromones?”
“Oh?  Was something happening here?  I just saw a couple of guys sharing a coffee,” I teased.
Both of them laughed and Thor set his cup down beside him.  “I think I’ve had enough coffee,” he said, putting his hand on my cheek.  He looked down at me for a moment, and I gazed up at him, losing myself in the intensity of that gaze.
He looked up at Steve and smiled.  “Captain,” he said.  “Shall we?”
“Oh, we shall,” Steve agreed.
Thor’s other hand curled around the back of Steve’s head and pulled him into a heated kiss.  I stood pinned between them, watching them kiss over my shoulder.  It was quite the spot to be, and my stomach flipped with desire as I watched them.  I ran my hands down Thor’s muscular chest as I leaned back against Steve.
The men broke the kiss with a soft gasp and Thor leaned down to kiss me.  As his tongue coaxed my lips apart, Steve kissed my neck and massaged my breasts.  It was like a fire lit inside me.  I went from playful and teasing to desperately needing them at the flick of the switch, and by the feel of the bulges in their pants, that wasn’t just true for me.
I was still wearing my pajamas, a white tank top, and a pair of pink sleep shorts with pigs on them.  One of Steve’s hands ran up under the tank top to squeeze my breasts and the other slid into my shorts and his finger ran up and down my slit.
“She’s already wet, Thor,” he said, the hint of a growl in his voice.
Thor chuckled, breaking the kiss.  “Of course, she is.  Our little whore is always ready to take us.”
There was something about being talked about like I wasn’t there, particularly using the demeaning words they used, that hit me just right.  My stomach flipped and my clit throbbed under Steve’s fingers.  If I was wet before, I was practically soaking now.
Thor lifted my tank top off over my head and Steve pushed my shorts and panties down.  I wriggled out of my clothes and, when I was fully naked, I pushed myself up firmly against Thor and rubbed at his bulge through the fabric of his sweatpants.
I didn’t get to do that for long, Steve grabbed me by the waist and put me on the kitchen island.  I spread my legs and he crouched down between them, his mouth latching onto my cunt.  I gasped and my head fell back, my hands going to his hair.  “Fuck,” I gasped.
As he started to swirl his tongue around my folds, Thor moved around to the other side of the island.  He put his hand on my shoulder and he guided me back.  I leaned against him for a moment, my heels digging into Steve’s shoulders as he fucked me with his tongue.  Thor kissed me for a moment, his tongue probing into my mouth, but he pulled back quickly, biting at my bottom lip.
He guided me back so I was lying right over the island with my head hanging over the edge and he pushed his pants down, pulling out his cock.  It stood out straight in front of him and he ran his palm up and down the length as he stepped up to me.  I licked my lips and stuck out my tongue.
Thor let out a groan - a deep rumble of a sound that felt like thunder - and he ran the head of his cock over my lips.  I flicked my tongue out teasing it over the slit and then lathing it up the shaft.  He grunted and pushed the head of his cock past my lips.
It was hard to concentrate with Steve between my legs.  He was lapping at my cunt like a starving man.  His tongue pushed inside me and swirled around then flicked up to my clit where it circled it and flicked back and forth over the top.  It sent sharp jolts shuddering through me and heat radiated out from my core.
Meanwhile, Thor began to thrust into my mouth.  He started gently, just testing my limits.  He was large and he knew it. My lips had to stretch wide to take his girth, and he didn’t want to hurt me.  As he realized that I could not only take him, but I was enjoying it, he thrust in deeper.  It cut off my airways and made me gag and drool over his cock, but I couldn’t stop moaning and writhing around on the kitchen bench.  I grabbed hold of Steve’s hair with one hand and braced the other on Thor’s hip.
I was falling apart on the bench as pleasure slowly built up, coiling around me like a snake.  Thor started to fuck deeper and deeper, making drool run down my cheeks and my throat bulge as it was filled with his cock.  Steve’s tongue explored more of me, moving lower as he spread me wide.  He reached my asshole and when he swirled his tongue around it I choked and my whole body jerked.  They kept going, Steve licking at my asshole and rubbing my clit with his thumb and Thor fucking my throat as he massaged my tits.  The snake’s coils became tighter and tighter until every one of my muscles was clenched tight and I was arched up on the kitchen bench, trembling right at the precipice.
All at once the coils released at once and I came, my cries muffled by Thor’s cock.
They reacted quickly, and before my orgasm had even ended, they were pulling out of me and Steve had picked me up and set me back on my feet.
He kissed me searingly hard and turned me around, bending me over the bench.  I was still dazed and riding out my orgasm high when he shoved his cock deep into my aching cunt.
“Fuck!” I gasped, my hands trying to find purchase on the kitchen bench.  Steve didn’t give me any time to adjust to him.  He just started to pound into me from behind, shoving me up against the bench.
Thor moved around the bench, moving behind Steve and pulling him into a hungry kiss.
I tried to watch them over my shoulder, but Steve put his hand on the side of my head and pushed it down against the counter.  I moaned loudly at the action, he always knew exactly how rough and degrading he could be to make me completely fall apart.
I closed my eyes, just giving into the feeling of it and the rhythmic crack of skin against skin.  Steve spread my ass cheeks and a moment later a glob of spit landed directly on my asshole.
Two sets of hands descended on me.  Steve wrapped my hair around one hand and gripped my hip with the other.  Thor pressed one palm into the middle of my back and he began to push his finger in and out of my asshole.
I mewled and squirmed around on the bench, but they held me in place, Steve railing into me, while Thor stretched me out.  Neither said a single word but on occasion, I could hear the soft smack of their lips as they kissed over the steady crack of Steve’s hips colliding into my ass.
A second orgasm hit suddenly, I screamed out, my voice hoarse from being fucked so deep by Thor.
“That’s it, just like that,” Steve praised, his hips still snapping into me.
I was starting to feel fucked out, but neither Thor nor Steve seemed anywhere close to being done.  Thor was still methodically stretching out my asshole, spitting on it from time to time, and adding lube that I think he’d fished out of his pocket, though I wasn’t sure.
I clenched my jaw, trying to keep myself together.  It was all so intense and I was becoming overstimulated.  A third orgasm hit not long after the second, and I shuddered on the bench and reached out gripping the edge.
I was starting to feel overstimulated, and I sagged on the bench, and my legs gave out.
That was when Steve pulled out and Thor removed his fingers.  I just lay there for a moment, breathing heavily, not having any idea what Thor or Steve were doing.
A moment later, Thor lifted me, wrapping my legs around his waist.  I wrapped my arms around his shoulders and clung to him.  He kissed me as he lowered me down on his hard cock, and my moan was swallowed by his lips.
He started to bounce me, just a little, and Steve stepped up behind me, slicking his cock with lube.  “You ready for us both, sweetheart?” Steve asked as he pressed the head of his cock against my asshole.
I moaned and nodded, the ability to form words seemed to be lost to me.
“Of course, she is,” Thor cooed.  “She always is.”
Steve pushed forward and the head of his thick cock popped past my ring muscle.  I mewled, leaning back against him, and letting my head drop back over his shoulder.  “That’s it.  That’s our girl,” he praised, pushing in deeper.
Both men were so big, and I felt so full and so stretched.  It felt like their cocks were filling every inch of me.  I clung to Thor and leaned against Steve, and both men used me.  They thrust up into me, snapping their hips hard and fast, and Thor bounced me up and down on their cocks.  I was helpless to do anything but hold on and let the pleasure surge through me.
An orgasm hit, tearing through me, and just as it passed another hit.  I was completely fucked out, and dazed.  I mewled and dug my nails into Thor’s shoulders but I was helpless to stop the intense pleasure that was surging through me.  “Please,” I begged, but for what, I couldn’t tell you.  Another orgasm hit and I cried out and shuddered between them.  “Please,”  I repeated.
They took pity on me, lifting me off their cocks and I mewled again at how empty I suddenly felt.  I clenched around nothing, wanting at least part of that full-up feeling again.
Neither man had come yet, and when they set me on my feet, I sank to my knees without any suggestion to do so and just looked up at them with my mouth open and my tongue poking out.
“Look at you,” Thor praised and they both moved over me and began to pump their cocks.
I looked up at them dazed as they both brought themselves over.  Steve came first, splattering my face and breasts with thick cords of semen.  I moaned as it hit my skin.  Thor wasn’t too far behind him, his come mixing with Steve’s on my skin.
“So beautiful,” Thor praised.  “How lucky are we, Captain.”
“Very lucky,” Steve agreed.  “FRIDAY, take a picture of our girl here.  Thor should have something to take back to Asgard with him.”
“Elise?” FRIDAY asked.
I nodded. “Uh-huh.  He can have a picture.”
Thor chuckled.  “I am blessed today.”
Steve gathered both his clothes and mine then came and scooped me up off the floor.  “Let’s get you cleaned up, sweetheart.”
“You both go, I’ll clean up here and get the panflaps started,” Thor said.
Steve carried me to the bathroom and set me on the sink.  “How are you doing there, honey?” he asked as he grabbed a washcloth and began to clean me up.
“Mm… I feel a little high,” I hummed, titling my face up as he cleaned the mess off my face.
“We weren’t too rough with you?” he asked.
I giggled and shook my head.  “No… you know I like that.”
He laughed and leaned down and kissed me softly. “Yeah, I do.  That’s why I do it.”
“Did I interrupt you?” I asked, looking up at him.
He shook his head.  “No.  We were just flirting.  It probably wouldn’t have led anywhere if you hadn’t arrived.  Maybe some kissing and touching while we cooked.”  He finished cleaning me off and grabbed my tank top, pulling it over my head.  “It’s nice having him here though, isn’t it.”
“Mm-hmm,” I agreed.  “You all get as horny as I am just every day.”
Steve laughed and kissed me. “I guess we do.”
“He’s very loving too,” I said.  “In a different way.  Like he’s not ashamed of it.”
“You think the rest of us are ashamed of it?” Steve asked, tilting his head.
I shook my head slowly.  “No… Well… Not ashamed.  But I think that there are cultural and personal things we all struggle with.  And that means we’re not always open.  But Thor doesn’t have that.  This just feels like it’s normal for him.  He doesn’t overthink anything when it comes to expressing his love for us.”
Steve hummed.  “I suppose you’re right,” he agreed.  “I know we all love it when he’s here.”
He picked up my shorts and pulled them up to my knees.  I jumped off the counter and pulled them the rest of the way up. “All good?” he asked.
“Yeah, I just gotta pee.”
“Alright, I’ll meet you back out there,” he agreed.
I went to use the bathroom while Steve cleaned himself up.  Breakfast was well underway, and both Steve and Thor were in the kitchen working on it together.  I went to join them, and when I got close, Thor curled his arm around my waist and pulled me in close, kissing my cheek.
The elevator opened and Clint and Bucky got out.  Clint scrunched his nose and looked over at us.  “Smells like sex in here.”
Bucky sighed dramatically and shook his head.  “Oh goddamn it,” he complained.  “Missed it again.”

wallflower 2
Warnings: age gap, creepin’, slow burn, stepdad-adjacent, possible noncon/dubcon, abuse.
Character: silverfox!Thor
Summary: Your mother meets a new man, but he doesn’t seem very interested in her.
Note: Just gonna follow the vibe with this. Another erratic drabble series. Appreciate any and all feedback. Love you all.
Tumblr media
The front of your shirt is soaked through, clinging to your stomach as you scrub each plate and set them in the rack. The clink of dishes underlines the task, the water lukewarm as the bubbles shrink and dissipate with your activity. The trickle down your forearms makes you itchy and you pause to wipe your elbow on your shirt.
The doorbell chimes and you still, waiting.
You hear your mother upstairs in the bathroom. You passed her on the way down as she once more reminded you about your chores. She’d been squinting in the mirror as she lined her eyes. The chime came again and her huff blows down the hall as she stomps to the top of the stairs.
“Would you get that? I’m still getting ready.”
Well, it was a half a question. You shake the droplets from your fingers and dry your wrinkly hands on the dishcloth as you traipse away from the sink. Your stomach flips as you enter the hallway and see the large silhouette on the other side of the frosted window. The house hasn’t settled all day with the prospect of your mother’s much talked about date.
You hate answering the door. You never really do that. If your mother isn’t home, you let people just move on. There was no one coming by for you so it doesn’t matter much. You clutch the dishcloth and turn the lock back. Slowly, you inch open the door.
That man, Thor, stands on the other side, waiting patiently. He smiles at you, his eyes crinkling as two strands of his greying hair trim his face in soft waves, the rest drawn back tightly at the back of his head. Beneath his wool jacket, the hint of a dark blue collar pokes out and you smell his woodsy cologne wafting around him. You stare dumbly for a moment before finding comfort in the floor.
“Good evening,” he greets, “you don’t look ready for dinner.”
You blink and back up, crossing your arms as you lift your gaze to him, evasively looking around him instead of at him.
“What?” You barely whisper.
“Joking,” he says, “may I come in?”
You nod and continue to retreat as he enters. He shuts the door gently as you watch the bouquet of flowers gripped in his other hand. You twist on your heel and scurry back to finish the dishes, leaving him uncourteously at the front door.
You plunge your hands back into the water, a shiver rolling through you that can’t entirely be contributed to the temperature. You drag the sponge over the valley of a bowl as you hear him shuffling in the entryway. The upper floor creaks and your mother’s heels clunk down the hall once more.
“Thor?” She calls down the stairs, “oh, you’re here– where’s my daughter? My, my, I’m so sorry. She is bit obtuse–”
“That’s quite alright,” Thor assures her as she descends the stairs in a series of clomping. You keep your attention on the dishes.
“I’m so excited. Have you made up your mind on a place?” Your mother’s voice holds an unnatural dainty twang.
“I believe so,” Thor answers, “I, uh, here.” You hear the gentle rustle of petals, “for you, and um, another for your daughter.”
“Tulips? Beautiful but Thor, you didn’t have to bother with her. What’s she gonna do with a bunch of flowers?”
“I didn’t want her to feel left out, besides it’s only proper.”
“Of course, of course,” your mother agrees, “sweetie!”
You frown. Sweetie? You know it’s better to just go along with her little act, the same one she puts on for family gatherings. You pat your hands dry a second time and drop the towel on the counter.
As you come out into the hallway, she smiles at you, an edge of warning in her expression. You try to force a smile yourself as you play with the hem of your shirt. She holds a bouquet, smelling it theatrically, and you reluctantly approach.
“Sweetie, isn’t it so nice? Thor was generous enough to bring you some too.”
You ball your hand and resist the urge to bite into your chapped lip. You nod and drown in anxious silence. Thor offers the bouquet of pink roses, much lighter than the purplish red ones he gave your mother.
“Well, say thank you,” her usual impatience shadows her tone.
“Sorry, uh, thank you,” you reach for the bouquet and can’t help but brush Thor’s large hand as you take it. “They’re pretty.”
“My pleasure,” he assures, shifting on his feet awkwardly.
“Sweetie,” your mother swiftly steps between you and Thor, “why don’t you go find some something for these and put them out. It’ll brighten up the place.”
“Okay,” you agree sheepishly.
“Ugh, and look at you, you’re dripping in dishwater. Don’t go messing the place up,” she sneers, “takes me all day to get her to do her chores and now look–” She faces Thor and stops herself, “it hardly matters,” she softens, “we have a date!”
“Yes, we do,” Thor agrees staunchly.
Your eyes flick up as you hold the flowers against your chest. He watches you and his lips curve as your gaze meets. You quickly shy away, embarrassed in your Mickey Mouse tee and faded sweatpants. You’re not exactly dressed for company.
“If you don’t mind, I just have to do a few last minute touch ups,” your mother touches his arm, “and then we’re set.”
“Sure,” he barely seems to care.
Your mother trills in girlish laughter and prances back up the stairs. You stand dumbly in silence for a second before quickly spinning and speeding into the kitchen. You lay the bouquets on the counter and open the cupboard beneath. You take out the crystal vase, a family heirloom, and a small blue tinted vase.
You fill each with water and turn back. You find Thor in the doorway, still watching as you. You carefully unwrap the flowers and slide the stems into the vases respectively. The little blue one you could put in the dining room. They’ll wilt away too quickly in your dark bedroom.
“So,” he leans on the doorframe, “how old are you?”
You glance at him. It’s not an unusual question. Even your aunt still asks.
“Twenty,” you answer.
“Ah, and are you in school?” His curiosity puts you on edge. He’s here for your mother, not you.
“No,” you admit, ashamed. A fact your mother throws in your face.
“Work?” He prompts. You don’t answer and keep your eyes down. “That’s alright. It’s tough these days.”
You shrug and tap your fingers nervously on the crystal. A lull rises between you. What can you say? That you’re a failure? A leech? Nothing? You can’t even blame your mother for hating you.
“I hope you have fun on your date,” you take both vases, balancing them in each arm, moving slow as to prevent any unfortunate accidents.
“I suppose you’ll enjoy having the place to yourself,” he intones.
Again, you don’t have an answer for him. As you near, he remains firmly planted in your path. You scrunch your lips to one side, “excuse me.”
“Allow me,” he takes the bigger vase, “where are we putting this?”
“You don’t–” You go to argue but think better of it. That’s not polite. You don’t need to give your mother another reason. “Just in the living room.”
He turns and leads you down the hall. You split off as he heads into the front room and you enter the dining room, placing the flowers in the window. The stairs creak once more as your mother clamours down.
“Alright, all set,” she declares as she comes to the bottom. “Thor?”
You turn and watch through the archway as Thor comes back into the entryway, “ready?”
“Oh yes,” she sings, “more than.”
Thor offers his arm and catches your eye as he turns, “I’ll be sure to have her back by curfew,” he kids and inspires another garish giggle from your mother.
“Don’t stay up,” she dismisses with a flutter of her fingers in your direction, “and do remember to put the trash out.”

You were at one of the balls on Asgard, hosted by Thor and Loki, in your favorite outfit. The one that made you feel a bit more confident than you usually were.
You see Thor speaking to Lady Sif and Loki, however he looks over to where you're standing, as if he could feel your gaze on him. He excuses himself and you watch as he walks over to where you are.
“My love,” he says as he finally reaches you. He holds his hand out to you as he asks, “would you like to dance?”
You took his hand and he guided you onto the dance floor. After dancing for a few songs, your favourite song ‘You Raise Me Up’ came on and he pulled you closer before moving closer to your ear whispering, “I really love holding you, darling.”
As the song came to a close, he kissed you, before pulling away and taking you off to the side. You tripped a little while getting off the dance floor but Thor saved you before you fell completely.
“You’re okay. I won’t let anything hurt you. I’m right here.”
You smiled as he leaned down and kissed you.

Mistakes of the Past ((Ex) Thor x Oc)
“She’s…here?” Steve asked, getting out of Tony’s car.
He nodded. “She bought this land four years ago.”
They walked along a gravel path until they reached a metal gate, it was long worn and just barely holding on.
“Let me just-” Tony started, getting ready to blast the lock.
Steve cut him off by tearing through the chains and throwing it out of the way. “Come on.”
Tony blinked at him before jogging to catch up.
“You’re sure this is the right place?” Steve asked. “Seems pretty…empty.”
As they walked over the hill a green and lush field came into view. The two stopped and gasped at the pristine white house that resided at the end of the plain.
“I’m pretty confident.”
They made it to the smooth cement driveway, an ATV and side-by-side parked next to a side door, on the grass was a green truck with a few bumper stickers.
“Soooooo,” Tony trailed off, staring at the dark oak door. “How are we doing this?”
“Just ring the doorbell?” Steve said like it was obvious.
Tony rolled his eyes. “Because I’m sure she gets tons of visitors out here, and I’m sure she won’t be overjoyed to see us. Have you ever been cursed by her? I have, I could only talk in rhymes for a week.”
“Well-”
They’re heads bolted up at the dog barking, a fully grown German Shepherd whipped around the corner and began to howl and bark at the two men.
“MILA SHUT UP!” A voice roared from inside the house.
The dog didn’t stop, instead getting closer. Footsteps from behind the door. “Mila is swear if there’s another squirrel I’m going to fiaya ra.”
Her voice was as accented as it was back then, Steve and Tony both looked at the door while watching the angry dog. The dog was quickly forgotten as the door whipped open and an angry pale face came out.
“Mila wha-”
Adele froze in her place staring at the two men. “Oh,” She dropped the door handle and stood straight. “Hi.”
She wore casual clothing far unlike her old attire, instead it was replaced by a dark blue hoodie with faded words of Stark Industries in bold letters along with a pair of light gray shorts.
Mila continued to yap in the background, Adele looked at her sharply and snapped her hand. “Mila, get in here.”
The dog dropped her head and lumbered inside.
After she stepped back and opened the door. “It’s hot as fuck outside, come in.”
The main room was wide open with shining oak lining the walls, there was a TV hanging up on the wall with leather couches and arm chairs, along the walls were numerous deer antlers and heads mounted.
“Did you build this?” S asked.
She shrugged. “I’ve had time.”
Tony ran his hand along the wall, looking at the craftsmanship, while Jarvis surveyed the area. “Morgan would tear this place apart.”
“Morgan?” Adele said, returning behind the counter to a small pot of boiling water.
Tony’s face seemed to light up. “Pepper and I’s daughter.”
She smiled warmly. “Congrates.”
“Thank-”
“Sir, a rapidly approaching figure behind you.”
Tony whipped around and looked around. “Wha-”
He was cut off with a grunt and a tiny fist hit his midsection. “GET AWAY FROM MY ATHLA!”
Adele threw her head back and laughed and Tony genuinely struggled against the little girl. “That’s enough Alix.”
The little girl with blonde hair and shining blue eyes stopped and blinked up at him before scampering off to her mother. “Did I do good?”
The little girl was around four, maybe five, she had her father’s eyes and sharp features but her hair and ears belonged to her mother.
Adele smiled and lifted her up. “Very well indeed,” She turned off the stove and turned to the two gaping men. “This is Tony and Steve.”
Her eyes narrowed, she turned to her mother and whispered quietly, Adele nodded and Alix turned to them with bright eyes. “You know my papa?”
The men melted, Steve met Adele’s eyes from behind her head. “I think so Kiddo.”
She wiggled around and her mother set her down to look at them. “Was he cool as momma?”
Tony wrinkled his nose at the thought of him now. “Not nearly,” He knelt down beside the girl. “What’s your name?”
“Alixandra,” She mumbled, she looked up at him. “I’m sorry for hurting you.”
“I’ll be alright, Hun.”
“Dinner’s ready baby,” Adele said, putting a bit of noodles with white sauce on a bowl. “Floor or table?”
The little girl perked up. “Floor!”
“Careful,” She warned, handing the plate over.
Once she had bounded over and the beginning of Paw Patrol started. Tony looked at her. “Ady.”
“Want food?” She asked, reaching up for more plates. “No trouble, Alix won’t eat the leftovers so-”
“Does he know?” Steve interrupted quietly.
She got quiet and looked at the top of her daughter's head. Very softly and full of sorrow she whispered. “No.”
Tony covered his mouth with his hand and looked at her with wide eyes. “Oh God.”
She shut her own eyes and nodded. “I know.”
“How long?”
“I found out a year after the blip,” She said, swiping a hand down her face. “Just before he went…you know. I got mad at all the drinking n’ shit, he told me if I hated it that much I could leave at free will,” she sighed. “I understood that he’d be in no place to raise a baby, so I ran here.”
They stared at her. “Have you talked to each other?”
“You didn’t hear the way he spoke to me,” She said sadly. “Like I was an ant under his boot, I couldn’t stand the sight of him.”
Tony snorted. “Neither could we when we found him.”
She barked a laugh. “That bad?”
 “We brought him to the compound,” Steve told her, grinning. “Drank for an hour, spent the last five days crying over his missing wife.”
“Tell the bastard I refuse to see him until he gets his act together,” She scoffed, the men became uncomfortable. “What?”
Tony cleared his throat. “Ady he thinks you died.”
Adele’s eyebrows raised. “He could not be farther from wrong.”
“And you don’t want to see him under any circumstance?” Steve asked fidgeting, Tony gave him a ‘wtf’ look.
She squinted at him. “Not if I can help it,” Her eyes turned panicked real quick. “He’s not here is he,” She looked at Alix who was giggling at the TV.
“No no no,” Tony said, waving his hand. “It’s just…we have a plan, you know, to bring everyone back.”
The elf turned quiet looking at her daughter and pursing her lips. “You need my help.”
“We need all the help we can get,” Steve corrected. “You know more than anyone about the Aether.”
She sneered and waved her hand, a floating hologram of the infinity stone in question appeared in front of them. “That vile thing was the undoing of my civilization, it’s a goddamn living vessel of evil,” Alix looked behind her in fright, Adele dropped her magic and waved at her daughter.
Alix gave her a confused look and got ready to stand up, her mother shook her head and she plopped back down. As much as Adele would hate to admit it, she wanted her daughter to see the best of this universe and with the blip it wouldn’t happen.
Steve sighed. “I know it’s a lot to ask of you, especially with a kid but-”
She sighed and dropped her head into her hands. “Faja.”
Tony smirked at her swear. “Pepper can watch the kid.”
Adele sat up and glared at the two. “I hate you two.”
“Hey Pepper,” Adele said smiling at the red haired woman, she gasped and sobbed running to hug her.
“Adele! Oh my God, oh my God, oh my..”
The sat for a while and embraced each other, Tony with Alix and Steve with a few suitcases, awkwardly stood there. “Hey there woman I married!” Tony exclaimed prying her away from Adele. “Missed you too!”
Pepper glared at him. “Did you get milk while you were out?”
“Well..no.”
She brushed past him and looked at Steve, again her hand fluttered to her face and she gasped. “Is that-”
The little girl snored again, tucked against Steve’s neck drool falling on his shirt. Adele smiled fondly at her. “This is Alix.”
She took him from Steve and into her own arms, Pepper’s eyes filled with unshed tears and she looked at the toddler. “Is she Thor’s?”
Adele smiled thinly and nodded, Pepper’s look of pity was enough to make her think of less than pleasant memories. “Yes.”
“Mooooooooommmmmmmmmmmaaaaaaaaaa!!!!”
Tony went into the cabin and opened his arms. “Maguna!”
“Dadda,” She said. “Can I have a popsicle?”
He dropped his arms and turned to an amused Adele. “Does yours do this? I put you in your mother, show some respect.”
“Yes or no?” Morgan pressed, she finally looked behind her and her eyes lit up at the sight of Steve. “UNCLE STEVIE,” She bolted up and forgot about the popsicle, Steve set down the bags and scooped the kid into his arms. “What are you doing here?” Finally she set eyes on Adele who was wiping off Alix’s face. “Who this.”
Tony took her from Steve and walked over to Adele. “This is Legolas.”
Adele laughed softly. “Hello Mrs. Stark.”
Morgan watched her. “Who are you?”
“I just told you-”
Adele shushed Tony, getting a laugh out of the little girl. “My name is Adele.”
Her eyebrows furrowed. “Your voice is funny.”
Tony put her down. “She’s an alien, can you show her to the guest room?”
She skipped up the stairs and waited for Adele. “We don’t get visitors a lot, actually sometimes Happy comes. But he doesn’t count. Oh! And Momma’s friend Sarah comes with Josh, but he’s seven and doesn’t like playing with me. Is your daughter five like me? I want more friends, dadda had a lot of friends. In the avengers, were you in the avengers?” She continued to ramble until Alix was laid down and they were walking down stairs. “-You have pretty hair, I wish mine was like yours. My dad likes to braid my hair but I don’t like it.”
Tony smiles as they come into the living room. “Maguna.”
“Are you really an-” She looked at her dad. “What.”
“What?” he mocks. “Bedtime, go with Mom.”
She gasps and clutches Adele’s leg. “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.”
Pepper shushes her quickly and picks her up. “C’mon stinky.”
The kid whines and cries all the way up, the three of them sigh and Adele slumps into an armchair. “Oh gods.”
Tony yawns and cracks his neck. “Alright no rest yet, game plan time.”
Sitting around a round table they look at a model of the time machine. “And you’re at 100 percent?”
Adele looked down at her hands. “It’s in my blood, Tony, I’ll be fine.”
“Just double checking.”
Steve pushed off the table. “Then it’s settled, we leave tomorrow.”
“I love you,” Adele said, looking intensely into her daughter’s eyes. “I’ll be gone for a few days, you’ll be here with Aunt Pepper and Morgan.”
She sniffled and rubbed the tears out of her eyes. “Where goin’?”
Her mother smiled sadly. “You remember the stories I told you of?”
Alix gasped and grabbed her mom’s cheeks. “Goin’ see papa? Tell him I love him”
Steve’s eyes turned down and Tony rubbed Adele’s back. The woman shakily kissed her daughter’s forehead and sighed. “I love you Aldalacka.”
“Love you too Athla.”
Adele kept her eyes outside, watching the trees roll by as she got farther from her child.
“She’ll be fine, momma bear,” Steve said looking at her in the rearview.
She chuckled and looked at him. “I know that, just nervous.”
They rolled up to the white building, her eyebrows shot to the car roof and she whistled. “You know I think I liked the tower more.”
Tony laughed. “Well you damn Asguardians kept breaking the roof.”
“Fair.”
They strode into the building, Tony and Steve in their usual attire, Adele wore a pair of black leggings and a dark green t-shirt. She had a duffel bag slung over her shoulder and her pale hair was braided loosely from the top of her scalp down to her waist.
“Someone wanna explain the spaceship?” She asked with a raised eyebrow. “Stark?”
Tony threw his hands up. “Blame the raccoon.”
“The…what?” She paused a few steps from the doors.
“You’ll see,” Steve said, holding the door.
She walked in hesitantly and followed Tony to an elevator. “How many people are here?”
Steve winced. “I’m not sure people is the right word.”
The elevator opened to a board room.
“FUCK YOU I’M RIGHT!”
“SCREW YOU JACKASS ITS 14 AND YOU KNOW IT!”
Tony stomped in, Steve and Adele following behind. “WHAT’S GOING ON HERE?” He yelled.
Slowly she took in the sight before her, The Hulk and a raccoon were leaning over a table looking at a blueprint locked in a screaming match. In chairs, half asleep, was Rhodey and Natasha, Clint was standing beside a door on his phone like this was a regular occurrence, a blue chick was performing live operation to her wrist with a screwdriver, another average looking man was looking at everything in wonder.
She looked around the room slowly before looking at Steve with a quizzical expression, he shrugged, she frowned and crossed her arms.
“Tony,” The hulk sighed, Adele’s jaw dropped. “Finally someone competent.”
“Excuse-”
“Should the jump point be at 7.5 or 14.5?” He asked.
Tony glanced down at the papers. “7.5.”
The raccoon jumped up and clapped his hands with a whoop. “HAH.”
Hulk sighed and erased a note. “Okay then.”
Meanwhile Adele stood blubbering like a fish, Steve walked forward and dragged her with him. “Team, this is Adele, some of you may know her,” Nat, Clint, Rhodey, and Hulk all looked up at her. “Some of you may not,” The raccoon was looking at her ears with dollar signs in his eyes, the average looking man had an awestruck look on his face, the blue lady couldn’t care less. “She’s an elf as you may be able to tell and knows first hand information about the Aether.”
“How much for the ears?” The raccoon asked with a smirk.
She looked at him curiously. “How much to get you to shut up?”
“Yes ma’am.”
“Adele?” Natasha said, walking up to her. “Jesus Chirst where have you been?”
She smiled sadly. “Long story.”
Hulk stood up and gave her a bear hug. “Ady!”
Adele squeaked and released a burst of energy from her palm to push him back. “Bruce?!?!?”
He rubbed his neck bashfully and nodded. “Long story.”
She swore in elvish and gave him up and down. “I can tell.”
Clint came up to her next. “Come to collect Gandum Style?”
Her eyebrows furrowed. “Who?”
His face turned surprised. “Thor? You know that god you married?”
“Oh shit,” She mumbled. “Forgot about that.”
Natasha gave her a worried look. “What happened these past years.”
She had opened her mouth to talk about Alix.
A broken whisper came from behind her. “Adele?”
She tensed and slowly turned, for a moment she could say a word, because holy fucking shit this guy needed a day at the gym. “What the fuck.”
His eyes filled with tears. “I-” He stopped and reached for her.
She flinched aggressively and smacked his hand away. “Gakape ke faja raefe kam io (Get the fuck away from me),” She spat. “I don’t want to catch whatever this is.”
If Adele had been in a calm state of mind maybe she wouldn’t be speaking like this. For a moment the heartbroken and longing look of this man's face cleared the clouds. Then she remembered how he treated her after she offered to help every time he was down.
Thor dropped his hand and looked down at his grubby clothes. “I’m not ill.”
“Look at yourself,” She snarled. “Disgusting,” Steve grabbed her forearm and pulled her back before it could get worse. Not before her last words, they jarred him straight to his core. “Io Aldalacka fra losana re reminre (My Alixandra loves you even if she doesn’t know you).”
As she walked away he whispered. “Who is Alixandra?”
Tony sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose. “Jarvis remind me to throw away all of my beer.”
“Will do, sir.”

Warnings: 18+readersonly, heavy angst
Copyright: I do not own any Marvel characters or locations. However, I do own my OCs, which consist of Penny Fury, Elizabeth Nelson, Elijah Chan, Katya Venice, Violetta Moscow, Lan Le, Josh, Trang Tien, Ahni Jallow, Mai Ito, and Ghaida Kashual as well as other OCs that will come up throughout the story.
Just bear with it. I know it's long. I really went overboard with details on everything- sorry.
Warning: 10.2K words
👺🤽‍♀️ 𝐬ⓣ𝐎rʸ ☃️⛽️
The memories after that faded in and out. Mostly just her hanging out with Violetta, Katya, Trang, and Ghaida. Ahni was sometimes there, but she was mostly Ghaida's friend than anything else. Josh and her hung out quite a bit too and it was obvious for some time, Josh had a huge crush on her. But she didn't even notice.
The same year that she entered College apparently, was the year of the snap. She was on the Campus when it happened, walking to her car by herself. Suddenly, students around her started to turn to dust.
"What-" Elizabeth whispered, backing up from the dust and then running for her car.
Penny had been told that Elizabeth was the only one of the Ohioan group to be snapped. But now, watching this, clearly that hadn't been the case.
Pulling up to her house, her mother was rushing out of it and hopped in the car. "Follow my instructions. Now."
The urgency in her mother's voice kicked Elizabeth into following the instructions to a dirt field and then they took an airplane.
They landed in Siberia and her mother led them urgently into the compound, while Elizabeth followed a little slower. Her mother marched straight to the chamber where the super soldiers were being kept in cryo. Elizabeth followed even slower, looking around at everything in confusion.
"What is this place?" Elizabeth asked and then saw the super soldiers in the tanks. They had all been shot through the foreheads once with bullets. "Wha- who are they?"
"Shit." Lucinda muttered. "They're dead. And what the hell is wrong with the cryo tank?" She was messing with the cryo tank at the end of it.
Elizabeth looked at it. She ran her fingers over something, dust falling away for a name plate that said, 'Winter Soldier'.
"'Winter Soldier'." Elizabeth repeated. "What is this place?"
Lucinda sighed. "It's a compound, a base for an organization that I used to work for. We, used to work for. You don't remember any of it, do you. Or remember James? Well, you never called him James. You always called him Sebastian so per-"
Elizabeth cried out, dropping to her knees, grabbing her head in her hands.
"Yes, the remembering always hurts." Lucinda muttered, more worried about the cryo tank at the moment.
"Where is he? What happened to him?" Elizabeth demanded immediately.
"He escaped." Brocks' voice interrupted and Elizabeth sprang to her feet, glaring at him. "Took him a few years, but he managed it. At first, he was on his own. We got him tracked to Romania after a few years, but the Avengers got him first and the Avengers kept him."
Elizabeth shifted on her feet as Rumlow came closer to her. "And he forgot all about you. Just like you forgot all about him. Except, he gets a happy ending. And you don't." He tossed something at her with a grin and walked a few feet away.
It was a photograph, which Elizabeth held by the corners in both hands. Steve was in the middle, Bucky on his right and Sam on his left. The three of them were grinning at the cameras, all clearly happy and in love.
"His soulmates?" Elizabeth asked softly.
"Yep. 'Course, I get to see them sometimes too." Rumlow admitted. "They have no idea I worked for HYDRA."
"We need to be careful." Lucinda said, coming back from the machine, not having paid attention to the conversation between her daughter and Rumlow. "Fury might have agents out looking at the abandoned HYDRA compounds. He might think we'll try regrouping with this. . . well whatever happened. Do you still have your source?"
"Heck yeah." Rumlow grinned, "Penelope's a lovely girl. She tells me everything I ever want to know."
Penny sank into Rhodey, ashamed of herself then. Rhodey squeezed her tightly, kissing the top of her head again in comfort.
"Your soulmate?" Elizabeth questioned.
"Nope. Daughter of Nick Fury." Rumlow chuckled. "Daddy shelters her to much so she's got the daddy issues. Gives me the perfect opening to exploit her."
"Poor girl. Looks like she has bad taste if she chose you." Elizabeth snapped.
"Says the girl who fell in love with a deranged murderer." Rumlow chuckled. "Steve's hotter. And a better fucker."
Sam gritted his teeth, glaring at the memories. Bucky tucked his head into Steve's shoulder.
"Whose Steve?" Elizabeth asked.
"The blond one in the middle." Rumlow chuckled.
"And he sleeps with you after everything you did to James?" Elizabeth sounded irate, shaking like she was going to murder him.
"No, no no. See, that's the beauty of it." Rumlow smirked. "They have no idea. James doesn't remember me either. But he's happy. Happier than he ever was with you at any rate."
Clearly, Rumlow was trying to goad her. Elizabeth just slipped the picture into her pocket. "Well, how can you even be happy with someone when you're locked up here anyways."
She walked away and sat down in the chair. Rumlow joined Lucinda and Elizabeth took the picture out of her pocket again. She ran her finger over each of their faces and then pressed the photo to her chest and closed her eyes.
The memory fizzed and Elizabeth was now laying in a room. It was scarce of anything besides a bed and a dresser. But Penny recognized it as Bucky's room when the compound had been bustling and full.
"MECHANICS HERE!" Rumlow's voice cackled and Elizabeth sat up, padding out. She paused when she saw that it was Trang, who was already at work at the machine.
"Trang?" Elizabeth asked in confusion but the Vietnamese girl didn't react to her name. Elizabeth walked around, kneeling in front of Trang, but her eyes were blank. Elizabeth's eyes flashed angrily and she stood up again.
"What did you do to her?" Elizabeth demanded as her mother came into the room then.
Her mother sighed, "It's like a hypnotic state, hijacking the hippocampus of the brain. She remembers everything, but after she's released from this state, she won't remember anything that happened. It was easier than constantly trying to give her memory pills. Your friend is a genius, Elizabeth, but her moral compass was to strong."
"How did you do the surgery?  That woman from Wakanda?" Elizabeth questioned.
"No, about. . . gosh a while now. But a few years back there was this neurosurgeon in New York. Best in the world from what I understand. Went by the name, Doctor Stephen Strange. Well, we threw a little money at him and he agreed to the experiment. Of course, we didn't risk anything. He was wiped after as well. But he blew so much money he probably didn't even notice it."
"Geez." Stephen groaned, pushing his hands into his eyes. "I'm so sorry Trang."
Trang looked horrified and then looked at Ghaida. "Was I- Does that mean I was the spy? That it was me all along?"
Ghaida shook her head. "No, Trang. Lucinda only ever used it when she was with you personally. She never used it on you when you were in the tower. It is still active though. Shuri has the skill to remove it later if you'd like."
"Of course." Shuri said immediately. Penny noticed then that Okoye was gone and T'Challa was on the phone in the corner of the room. They must be inquiring after the Wakandan doctor.
"Shuri?" Penny asked softly. "Did that doctor, did she ever work on Bucky's arm too?"
Shuri's eyes widened and she got up off the couch and approach Bucky. "I need your arm. I just want to make sure it's safe."
Bucky nodded dully, his head resting on Steve's shoulder. Shuri carefully detached the arm and carried it over to the coffee table. "Trang!"
Trang joined her at the table.
"It's not fixable." Trang finally pushed back, her voice sounding robotic. "At least, not without a lot of expensive parts I don't have my hands on."
"Thank you Trang." Lucinda said and looked at Rumlow. "E ages slowly anyways. We'll just keep her here until we find an excuse. You keep me in the loop with the Avengers."
"Yep." Rumlow said, walking over and cupping Trang's face. "I'll take her home now."
Tony snarled under his breath.
"As long as you don't take her home to bed." Lucinda snarked. "And I need you and Jackson to keep Elizabeth fed and everything. I have to get home to Paul and my sons."
Elizabeth was ushered back to Bucky's room, the door closed and locked behind her.
She spent days in that room, the food pushed through the slot the only interaction. Rumlow and Jackson never spoke to her.
For her, she mostly just slept or stared at the photo she now had. Every time she touched one of their faces, she repeated their name, "James. Steve. Sam. Steve. James. Steve. Sam."
Penny wasn't sure how many days passed, but it got to the point where Elizabeth even started hallucinating Bucky into her surroundings. A vague outline of him. He never touched her because then he'd disappear. But she would talk to him and he would just smile. It broke Penny's heart.
The hallucinations got stronger. Bucky was speaking back to her. Telling her stories about Steve and Sam. Telling her things about Wakanda. And he always told her that he loved her. Over and over again until he was disappearing and fading.
That was when the ghosts started to come. It was Howard first and Elizabeth blinked in surprise. "Hey kid."
"Hey Howie." Elizabeth whispered softly.
"And she talks." Howard grinned. "You wouldn't speak a word before. But, then again, it's been nearly fifty or so years."
Elizabeth smiled a little. "How's the afterlife? Am I joining you any time soon?"
Howard chuckled. "Nope. You still got a long life ahead of you kid. It'll turn out okay. You only have three more years ahead of you."
"How many years have I been in here?" Elizabeth asked.
"Two, roughly." Howard said. "I've been here for about a year now, but you haven't been able to see me until now."
"I feel like I've been in here forever." Elizabeth whispered. "And it's so cold here."
"I'll try and make the time a little better." Howard chuckled. "And I'll bring some friends along next time. I suppose you should probably meet my wife."
And so other ghosts joined. Ghosts that were all friendly. Howard was the one there the most often, sometimes bringing Maria. Penny also recognized King T'Chaka. And sometimes the King brought other Wakandans and they thought her songs in their native language, which Elizabeth eventually picked up and sang along to.
Elizabeth lived in a ghost world for a long time, spinning with the ghosts, singing and chanting in Wakandan. Or talking about fancy things with Howard, who was still spitting ideas from beyond the grave.
"He's going to build a time machine." One of the conversations went, Howard sitting at the chair. He had ghostly mechanical parts in his hands, messing around with them. "I guess I must've raised him some sort of right for him to do that."
"I'm sure you were a great dad." Elizabeth smiled.
"Nope." Howard sighed, leaning his head back against the wall. "Never made enough time for my own kid. I was to busy, trying to find Steve Rogers in that ocean. Always thought I was closer each time. And when we found the Tesseract, I thought we'd found him too. They gave up the search, but I never did. I never found him either and I lost my son in return. So really, I just lost both of them."
Elizabeth was looking at the picture, "He seems worth it."
Howard looked at her. "I still like to believe that my endless searching led to his recovery. But even now, sometimes, even knowing the future because I'm dead, I wonder if maybe I should've just been with my family."
"Maybe one day I'll meet him." Elizabeth laughed at herself. "And I'll tell him how much you love him. He probably won't believe me though. Only crazy people talk to ghosts, but then again, I think I'm probably a bit crazy."
"Just a little." Howard chuckled fondly, ruffling her hair.
The visions continued on until it reached another conversation. "Why can you touch me but not objects in this world?" Elizabeth asked.
"Loki uniquely designed it so that only you had the power of interaction." Howard said thoughtfully.
Elizabeth pushed the palms of her hands into her eyes in frustration. "I can't remember him well."
"I just think it's funny he's mated to my son." Howard chuckled. "Three egotistical, narcissistic men who somehow get along. I think it's their brilliant, creative nature. But Loki doesn't show his creative side to them- well anyone."
"I wonder why." Elizabeth said thoughtfully.
Howard shrugged, "He has his reasons. Regardless, the trigger that he created means that you can interact with ghosts, but you can stop ghosts from interacting with you. So hypothetically, you could punch me in the face, but then change it so that I can't punch you back."
"But I won't." Elizabeth replied, grinning.
"Thank you." Howard chuckled. "Regardless, It's hard for me to understand the triggering method. It's mostly magic, which even as a ghost I don't understand. But it seems that you could push power into a soul and I could, hypothetically if it were to work, pick up this comforter." Howard said.
"Can we try?" Elizabeth asked. "It might as well give me something to do."
"Sure." Howard said.
Steve suddenly stood up, walking over almost calmly to the wall, and then punched it so hard, brick and dust settled on the floor. "Steve?" Sam asked uncertainly.
"I'm such an idiot. I know where this is going." Steve muttered, putting his head against the wall.
Howard laughed suddenly as he became a bit more solid and then tapped on the dresser with his knuckles. Elizabeth looked exhausted, sliding to the floor.
"Hold on." Howard grinned, popping out of disappearance. Elizabeth shivered until he suddenly popped back into existence holding a fluffy blanket, a package of oreos, and a bottle of coke. He dumped them on the bed and then knelt down, pushing the energy back into Elizabeth.
"You okay?"
"Yeah, it just was a lot." Elizabeth said, getting back on the bed. She smiled at what he had brought her. She put the food aside, wrapping herself in the blanket. "Thank you."
"Of course kid." Howard said softly. "And don't eat that to fast or eat to much of it. You'll just throw it up. They're not feeding you enough."
She did it again with Howard a few days later and he walked through the wall and brought back something in his hands. "He left this one, never got to give it to you."
Elizabeth took it with shaking hands. It was a stuffed Okapi, but it looked like it had been sewn from cloth. There was a note pinned to it which read
: I made this one cause I didn't have time to find one. I love you doll.
- Yours Always
"I miss him." Elizabeth sobbed, falling sideways on the bed. "I miss him so much. And I'm glad he's happy but I miss him. I wish he would come and find me."
"He can't." Howard said softly. "He was snapped with the others. Only Steve made it. Sam and Bucky though. . . they're gone until the time machine is made."
"Steve's all alone." Elizabeth whispered.
A few days later- or maybe weeks- Elizabeth had a piece of paper in her hands. "I- I had an idea."
"Yeah?" Howard asked.
"If- If I put my power into you, then you can take this, and you can put it somewhere Steve can find it." Elizabeth said. "Right?"
"Yes." Howard said, though he didn't look enthusiastic about it.
"Then let's do it." Elizabeth said.
Howard nodded and then warned her, "He might not come."
"I know. But I'm willing to try, at least." Elizabeth said firmly. She pushed her power into Howard and then he was gone.
Days later, her cell door was slammed open. She looked up, but it was Rumlow, rushing towards her.
"What the hell did you do?" Rumlow snarled, but didn't give her time to answer, locking her wrists and ankles together. He locked the muzzle around her jaw and put a blindfold over her eyes, before shoving her under the bed. He put her up under it so that no one could see her.
"Rumlow?" Steve's voice called through the compound. They watched Steve enter the room, frowning. "Did you find someone?"
"Nah." Rumlow said calmly. "Not in this room."
Steve stepped further inside and Penny's heart pounded. His eyes landed on the Okapi stuffed animal and he picked it up. He started to explore more of the room and found papers in one of the drawers.
"This is Bucky's handwriting." Steve whispered, flipping through it.
"Maybe this was his room?" Rumlow questioned, looking tense, but sounding nonchalant.
"I can't read all of it, some of it's in Russian." Steve muttered. "He keeps talking about a 'doll'. But he never said. . ."
Steve searched all the drawers and found a picture. It was a polaroid and old. It was of a really young Elizabeth, when she was a kid. Bucky had her on his shoulders. On the back, Bucky had written, 'Mine'.
"C'mon Cap, we gotta search the rest of this place and then report back to Fury." Rumlow urged.
"Right." Steve muttered, hesitating, and then putting the photo back in the drawer.
Rumlow raised an eyebrow, "You're not taking it?"
"It feels. . . wrong to." Steve murmured, but took the papers with him. "I'll ask Nat to translate these later."
Rumlow nodded and Steve picked up his shield. "Do a deep search. If someone really is here and needs our help, I want to find them."
"Sure thing Cap." Rumlow said and Steve exited the room. Rumlow's face immediately became one of rage. Making sure Steve was long gone he hissed, "You are in so much trouble when he's gone E. I don't know how you got that message to him, but you're going to pay for it."
"She was right. There." Steve snarled, punching the wall again.
Penny finally moved, squeezing Rhodey's shoulder and moving over to hug Steve. "It's okay Stevie, it's okay."
Steve wrapped his arms around her and sank down against the wall, holding her tightly to him.
Elizabeth stayed under the bed for a while, Howard pacing the room. Rumlow walked straight through him, getting Elizabeth out from under the bed. He punched her across the face. "You stupid, stupid girl."
Elizabeth cried out as he punched her in the stomach.
"Almost ruined everything." Rumlow snarled.
Howard knelt down, touching her head. A surge of power went through him from her and he slammed his fist up Rumlow's jaw. Rumlow's eyes rolled back in his head and he fell to the ground unconscious.
"Yes! Go dad!" Tony cried out from the couch and then blushed as everyone stared at him. "Sorry." Stephen smiled just a little.
Howard undid her bonds and then Elizabeth stumbled to her feet. She grabbed the Okapi and the note. She opened the drawer and made sure she had both pictures. Then she ran for it.
She fled the compound, not even noticing how the snow seemed to avoid her, or that her feet didn't leave prints in it. Or that she wasn't cold.
She ran and continued to run for a long time until she reached a small town. There, she stole a car and then drove further until she got to a larger town. There, she stowed away on a boat which took her to another country.
She continued on and on, stealing and moving through the night.
Finally, she reached New York. She looked exhausted and dirty, everyone on the streets was avoiding her. Howard popped up next to her.
"Where do I find him?" She asked.
"Try and keep up." Howard said and started leading her through the city until Howard turned into an alleyway. "He's over there."
Elizabeth looked over, her excitement fading as she saw Rumlow was with Steve and Natasha. "Can I trust the red head?"
"Yes." Howard said. "Her name is Natasha. She's very close with Steve. Now, let me see if I can provide a distraction. You need to work on how you're going to get Steve to trust you."
Elizabeth nodded and Howard was gone.
As Rumlow hopped out of his seat, said something to them, and rushed around the corner, Elizabeth darted across the street.
She ran up behind Steve and grabbed his shirt sleeve. "Steve?"
Steve spun and looked down at her, taking in everything he saw before him. "Uh-"
She held up the picture that he had left in the drawer. His eyes widened and he looked angry. "Where did you get that?"
"Where I asked you to come find me." Elizabeth whispered.
Steve's eyes widened. "It was y-"
Elizabeth saw Rumlow coming back and she ran away, weaving in and out of the crowd. She darted around buildings, crossing streets, taking alleyways. All the while, Steve was running behind her, shouting for her to stop.
She didn't stop until she came to Central Park, disappearing into the trees, and crouching down behind a bush, panting.
Steve skidded to a stop.
"Did he follow?" Elizabeth asked.
"Who?"
"Rumlow. Did he follow?" Elizabeth asked.
"You know him." Steve stated and his eyes widened with realization, "He's with HYDRA?"
Elizabeth nodded. "He always has been. He was mine and Bucky's handler."
"You knew Bucky." Steve murmured.
Elizabeth nodded again. "He protected me. Kept me safe. Every time they put him in cryo, he would give me a stuffed animal so I wouldn't cry. I knew him since I was a kid."
Steve smiled a bit sadly. "C'mon, let's get back to base. We can talk more there."
Elizabeth nodded, standing up. The two of them started to move through the forest.
"Were you the one he was always calling doll?" Steve asked.
She nodded, "When I got older they started to think we should be paired together. Because he's a super soldier and I have this gene that's half- Asgardian. So they said our children would be powerful and immortal. A new race. But. . . Bucky and I. . . we fell in love without them. I still love him." Her eyes filled with tears and she took in a deep, shaky breath. "But he has you and Sam so he's okay. I only ever wanted him to be happy anyways. And he is with you."
Steve squeezed her shoulder. He looked unable to tell her about Bucky and simply went and said, "I should introduce you to Tho-"
Suddenly, Elizabeth seized up, blood starting to trickle from her ears and she fell flat on her face. Steve meanwhile, took another two steps and crashed into the ground as well. Blood also flowed from his ears.
"A pain in my ass." Rumlow grumbled, holding up some sort of stick. "And you," He kicked Steve in the chest, before propping his body up against the tree. "have your boyfriend Tony to thank for this handy little tool. Short term paralysis. Ah, Stark."
He left Steve there, kneeling in front of Elizabeth, releasing his anger on her, his fists hitting her again and again. Steve looked angrier than Penny thought she had ever seen him, but he couldn't move an inch, only able to watch.
Rumlow sighed, letting Elizabeth go. "You know, I really ought to just gut you. To bad your mother loves you. And I need my paycheck." Then he was kneeling in front of Steve again. "I'll have to make you forget too. Good thing I brought so many pills with m-"
He was tackled by someone with red hair and he grunted, dropping the short term paralysis device. Natasha and him fought on the ground and she finally got her leg around his neck, trying to pin him down. His arms were still free, which he used to both fight her, and try to grab the device.
Steve's paralysis seemed to wear off quicker and he stumbled to Elizabeth's side. "Hey? Doll?" Her eyes fluttered open.
"Get her out of here Steve." Natasha yelled. "Go!"
Steve struggled, pulling her into his arms. He wasn't in a good condition, as he tried to get away. And then he seized up again, this time falling so that Elizabeth was trapped under him.
Rumlow staggered to his feet, approaching Steve and Elizabeth, but he didn't make it far when an arrow hit him in the back. Rumlow cried out, falling to his knees and Clint hopped down from his tree.
Rumlow clicked the short term paralysis but Clint just smirked. "Sorry, but your tool doesn't work on the hearing impaired." He kicked it out of his hands, stepping on his chest, pointing an arrow in his face. "You know, usually this is the part where Cap tells me to spare your life. But, I'm in a really bad mood, as I have been for the past four and a half years. So you get the longed privilege of saying a few words before I kill you."
Rumlow grunted out, "You talk to much."
A gunshot rang out, hitting Clint in the back. Rumlow turned in time, the arrow grazing his neck instead of killing him.
More gunshots rang out, a second hitting Clint near the neck, but the third hit Pietro instead. "Clint!" Pietro shouted, trying to stop the bleeding. Rumlow struggled and then staggered over to Steve, Nat, Clint, and Pietro, shoving a pill into each of their mouths and they all dropped, unconscious.
Jackson approached and Rumlow and him dragged Elizabeth out. Rumlow got her on her feet. "Are you happy? Did you get what you wanted?" He lifted his gun and hit her across the face and everything went black.
Now she was in the cell again, but Lucinda suddenly rushed in. "Elizabeth, where are the pictures?"
Looking confused, Elizabeth held up the polaroid and the other photo. Lucinda took them and put them in the drawer, grabbing Elizabeth's hand, "Hurry!"
Elizabeth stumbled, letting her mother drag her to another room. Elizabeth dug her feet in, seeing the machine. "No! I'm not going in that!"
"Brock!" Lucinda shouted desperately. The two Rumlow brothers man-handled Elizabeth into the machine.
Bucky suddenly hopped up and ran out of the room. Penny wished that she could've followed, burying her head into Steve's shoulder instead as Elizabeth's screams filled the room once more.
Elizabeth and Trang were walking down a sidewalk, Ghaida on the other side of Trang. Trang caught sight of something on a billboard and started grinning, wildly.
"What?" Elizabeth asked, craning her neck to see the board and caught a glimpse of it before it changed. Ghaida and Trang exchanged an anxious look as Elizabeth asked, "Whose Tony Stark?"
"Nobody." Trang and Ghaida answered together.
Elizabeth nodded her head, "Right. . ."
They went into the library and Elizabeth went up to the front desk. "You do it." Ghaida muttered.
"Why me?" Trang complained. "I don't want to do it anymore."
"Because I don't either." Ghaida grumbled.
"Do what?" Vi asked, coming up behind them with Katya and Ahni in tow.
"Elizabeth saw the name Tony Stark. . . again." Trang sighed.
"Which was your fault probably." Katya snickered.
"She's seen the name sixty- seven times this week." Vi rolled her eyes. "He's literally coming here. Just leave her be until he's gone. You'll just have to give her the pill thirty minutes from now again."
They all clammed up as Elizabeth came over and started homework.
The memory changed so that it was Trang and Elizabeth in an auditorium. Trang looked like a little kid inside a free candy shop, watching Tony Stark walk on stage. Elizabeth on the other hand, looked like she was falling asleep.
Suddenly, the doors opened and kids started spilling out and Elizabeth jerked. "Is it over?"
"Sadly." Trang said, standing up and stretching.
"Thank God, I've never been more bored than when I was sitting in for that stupid philosophy exam."
Trang shot her an annoyed look. "It's just cause you're not an engineer. You wouldn't understand it."
"Why do you like him?" Elizabeth asked, grabbing her backpack and cracking her neck.
"He's intelligent! And handsome." Trang grinned. "I mean, look at him. He's got great hands."
Elizabeth just stared at Trang like she had two heads, "Hands?"
"Well what do you like about a guy?" Trang asked defensively. "I've never seen you gush about a guy once."
Elizabeth was silent for a moment. "I don't really care how they look or what they have. I just want to be treated right. Like. . . I'm worth something. All of these guys here on campus are just idiots with no experience."
"So daddy issues. You'd love Tony." Trang grinned and then that smile faded as she caught sight of Lucinda standing on the sidewalk on the other side of the street.
"Mom?" Elizabeth asked, confused, "What are you doing here?"
"I needed to talk to Trang." Lucinda said sweetly while Trang stared at her feet. "It'll only be a second. You can wait, if you'd like."
Elizabeth stood to the side while Lucinda and Trang stepped away. Lucinda's face was kind but her words were harsh. "Having fun Trang?"
"I- she- I-" Trang stuttered.
Lucinda held her hand out, which contained a memory pill. "I could kill you. I'm angry enough to do so." Trang paled drastically, taking a step back. "Or you can take this pill." Trang's face became wary. "Trang, I know how much you admire Stark. If you bring my daughter to his stuff and I have to make her forget, then you get to forget as well."
Trang reached out and took the pill, putting it in her mouth. She collapsed and Elizabeth rushed over, "Trang?!"
Now, Elizabeth was in a car. Violetta was driving it across a bridge with Katya in the backseat. Elizabeth had her hands pressed to the sides, looking terrified at Violetta's driving.
"Where the hell did you learn to fight like that?" Katya demanded.
"Red Room. Italy." Vi said, weaving in and out of the cars. "Are they still following us?"
Katya and Elizabeth both looked behind and through the windshield, they saw the aliens running through the cars as well. "Yes!" Elizabeth shouted, "What they hell are they?"
"Aliens." Violetta answered, cursing as the traffic started to jam. "We might have to run on foot. Do you have a handgun?"
"What?" Elizabeth asked in shock.
The car was suddenly rammed from the side and all three of them screamed as the car went over the side of the bridge, plunging into the water below. Elizabeth shot her hands out and they all went quiet as a bubble surrounded them.
"So." Katya finally said as they just sat there. "Wanna tell us when you got the ability to control water?"
"I have no idea." Elizabeth whispered.
The memory changed, this time the three girls were sitting in a Barnes and Noble, drinking Starbucks coffee and had psychology books on the table in front of them.
"So you're telling me having superpowers is normal now?" Elizabeth asked skeptically. "That there are whole groups of them, and there are other planets besides the eight we learn in first grade? And all the while my so called friends shoved memory forgetting pills down my throat."
"Yeah. Pretty much."  Katya sighed.
"Look." Vi said. "I'm sorry. I figured they weren't really doing anything and it all seemed harmless enough. But it's gone to far. You're an adult now and your mom can't continue to make decisions for you. I got rid of my pills. I'm done."
"Me too." Kat whispered.
Elizabeth sighed, "So what now?"
"We become superheroes, I thought that was obvious." Katya rolled her eyes.
Violetta snorted, "Yeah right. I'm more of a villain."
Kat frowned. "I don't get it. You've got fancy water powers, you can take people down with a wooden stick, and I can shoot a bow. And you don't think we have a chance of doing some good? We don't have to do large scale things. We can just do small things- like Spider-man."
"I don't understand the reference." Elizabeth muttered.
Vi huffed. "You don't know what I had to do, who I had to kill. I'm not cut out for hero work."
It was silent after that and the memory fizzled away.
Elizabeth was walking along a lake line by herself. She seemed lost in thought until she came upon a small shack that was sitting on the edge above the water. The roof had caved in and one of the windows was shattered.
She hopped up the stairs and looked around, peeking her head inside. She stepped into the building and saw the hole in the floor. Everything around her was moldy and dusty and she winced a little. She poked around, finding small trinkets like seashells and what not, before looking down in the hole.
She reached in and pulled out the trident, which was gleaming. It was silver in colour and seemed untainted by the surroundings. "What in the world?" She whispered.
"I was wondering when you'd find that." A voice behind her said.
She spun around, piercing the man behind her. But as he was a ghost, it went straight through him. He was a man who would've come up to Steve's shoulder. He had white hair and wore glasses on his nose. He wore a green sweater and tan jeans. He also had a huge white mustache and a big grin on his face.
"Careful, careful. You'd hate to do that to a real person." The man chuckled.
"Who are you?" Elizabeth asked, "What are you?"
"A ghost. Sorry for scaring you. Sometimes I forget that you forget you can see us." The man chuckled.
"Right." Elizabeth murmured, stepping backwards, flipping the trident in her hands. "I don't understand."
"No, but you've got a friend who does." The man said.
Elizabeth glanced up but he was already fading away.
In the next memory, Elizabeth was striding after Trang, who was hurrying through the hallways of a large mansion. Trang stormed out into the backyard, which was huge and stretched for miles. Trang spun on her heel, "Elizabeth, I want nothing to do with this!"
"Trang, please." Elizabeth sighed. "You're the only one I can trust with this."
"Do you even know what your mom is going to do to me if she finds out?" Trang hissed, looking around. "She is going to kill me in my sleep! And that's not a joke!"
"Hey E!" Vi shouted from the house and both Trang and Elizabeth turned to see the Italian hanging out the window. "Come see what I found."
"No! Hey!" Trang shouted as Elizabeth used water to catapult herself up and into the room with Violetta. Clearly, it was Trang's bedroom and the walls were plastered with all sorts of posters of Iron Man and Tony Stark.
Elizabeth looked around, "So Trang has a celebrity crush?"
"Oh my God, this is so humiliating." Trang moaned, putting her hands over her face while Tony chuckled at her.
"Oh, that's nothing new." Vi waved it away and went over to where there was a lamp. "And if I turn it this way and punch in a code. . ."
"You can't just mess around in my room!" Trang yelped, bursting into the room, followed by Katya. It was to late though, the floor opening up to show a slide. Elizabeth raised an eyebrow. "Impressive."
"God." Trang hissed, going over and pressing something. "I need to delete the footage, then re-edit it, you make my life so difficult Vi!"
Vi hopped down the slide. After a few seconds, Elizabeth followed.
They were thrown out into a huge lab which looked like any engineering kids dream. Penny didn't know what more than half the stuff in the lab was but Tony's eyes were wide. "Can I come visit?" Tony gasped.
Trang giggled then, "You know you could build this yourself."
"Yeah, but yours looks like more fun." Tony whined.
"What is all this stuff?" Elizabeth asked, putting the trident down on an abandoned table.
"Engineering things, clearly." Violetta said as Trang and Katya joined them.
"Just don't touch anything." Trang growled, stalking through the room.
"To late." Violetta said, opening up the a door which slid open, revealing the Iron Woman suit. Tony actually stood up and Trang put a hand over her face in embarrassment. Tony turned to Trang, "It doesn't look like this anymore. This is more high tech than mine!"
"What is that?" Elizabeth asked, gaping.
"An Iron Man suit." Katya answered, also looking shocked, "When did you build this? This looks cooler than the original one."
"Miss Nyguen built it when she was catorce y medio." L.I.T.Z.Y. said over the intercom.  [Fourteen and a half]
Elizabeth jumped and looked around warily. "Who was that?"
"Fourteen?" Vi asked, looking impressed.
"I started it when I was Fourteen." Trang corrected. "I didn't finish it until after I was fifteen."
"Still, impressive." Katya said. "What does it do?"
"It flies and shoots, that's all we need it to do, right?" Violetta asked scathingly, hopping up on a counter to sit down.
"I'm not joining your little superhero thing." Trang snapped. "I'm not that brave, yeesh."
"Yeah well, I didn't kill two thousand people before the age of thirteen to become a superhero either." Violetta snapped back, "Yet, here we are."
"Elizabeth?" Katya asked because she was looking at the wall, lost in thought. "What's wrong?"
Elizabeth glanced away and stared directly at Trang. "Guess I'm just wondering what I don't know about Ghaida and Ahni too. I mean, what's next? Does Ahni have super strength or something? Is Ghaida an assassin warrior too?"
Trang sighed, "E. . . It was never about hurting you or keeping anything from you. Do you even know how powerful your mother is? She has top contacts around the world. Presidents, Prime Ministers, Dictators, Generals. She even has first name basis with Nick Fury of frigging S.H.I.E.L.D. I wouldn't be surprised if she knew leaders of planets. When she tells us to do something, no matter what, we did  it. And so did you, so don't act like it was just us."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Elizabeth asked defensively.
Trang just shook her head. "You're just lucky. Cause you get to forget all the terrible shit you do. I have to live with it."
Trang pushed away, storming through another door. Elizabeth glanced over at Vi and Kat.
"She's got a point." Vi muttered. "I'd like to forget too. Start over with a clean slate. Not always have two thousand lives on my conscious. But we can't."
"Well I'd like to remember." Elizabeth muttered.
"I don't need a test to know that your weapon is made of Vibranium." Trang came back out of the room, restarting a different conversation. "It's blatantly obvious."
"What's Vibranium?" Elizabeth asked.
"A metal that can only be found one place on Earth: Wakanda. I'm not sure why guards haven't been sent after you to retrieve it."
"I found it in an abandoned fishing shack." Elizabeth replied sarcastically. "Pretty sure they could've found it by now if they wanted it."
"Or they can't touch it." Trang said, crossing her arms over her chest. "I've seen the videos. Anyone else who tries picking that up gets turned into ice. Except you."
"Well I'm made of ice." Elizabeth said. "Maybe that's what it is."
"Of course it is." Trang replied, rolling her eyes.
The memory faded and fizzled.
They were back in Trang's lab and Trang had boxes set up.
"You made this for us?" Elizabeth asked, taking the lid off of hers. She pulled out a uniform, along with several golden shurikens.
"Figured I might as well put my genius to good use and protect you lot." Trang said. "But I'm having a lot of fun designing Katya's arrow heads."
Katya grinned at all the labels on hers.
"So, you ready for that trip to Hong Kong?" Trang asked Elizabeth.
She shrugged, "I guess. I'm honestly surprised moms' even letting me go at this point. But, who knows, maybe it'll be fun."
In the next memory, she was in a restaurant with the rest of the class. Elijah came over, speaking in fluent Chinese for their orders, before grinning and asking them again in perfect English.
Elizabeth kept looking at him out of the corner of her eye and getting easily flustered when he spoke to her, even if it was just about the order.
The next memory showed Elizabeth in her Frozaline outfit, standing ontop of a dome. Looking inside was a giant with indigo coloured skin. When he bared his teeth, each of his canine ones had a different coloured gem imbedded in them.
"What'cha doing?" A voice came from behind Elizabeth.
She spun around, her trident inches from Elijah's neck. He was wearing his own superhero outfit, but he wasn't wearing a mask. Elijah raised an eyebrow. "Are all Americans so unfriendly."
"Only when we're snuck up on." Elizabeth snapped. "What the hell is wrong with you?"
"I wasn't exactly quiet." Elijah started to smile.
Elizabeth glared at him and moved away, opening up the top to the dome. Elijah followed her silently and Elizabeth seemed to ignore him.
The memory faded once more and now Elizabeth was walking down the street of Hong Kong, until Elijah popped out of the alleyway of the restaurant he worked at. He leaned casually against the wall, arms crossed and said, "Hey Frozaline."
Elizabeth glared at him, looking around, and hurried after him. "What's wrong with you?" She hissed.
"Why are you acting like you're in a comic book?" Elijah asked, smirking. "Masks and stuff? Hiding your identity. Nobody does that anymore. It's all about the fame with superhero work. Iron Man. Tony Stark. Captain America. Steve Rogers."
"Right, well maybe you do it for fame, but I just want to help." Elizabeth snapped. "And maybe if I knew who those people were, I could agree with you."
"Anyone ever tell you that you're aggressive?" Elijah questioned. "You don't know Hong Kong like I do. I'm just offering help."
"Well I like flying solo." Elizabeth said, turning around. Elijah reached out, grabbing her arm and as their skin touched, Elijah dropped to his knee, his hand flying to his chest.
Elizabeth rolled her sleeve up to see the bright red bird sitting there, her face turning to concern. "I- I'm sorry."
"It's alright." Elijah said, pulling his shirt up to look at the two tattoos sitting there. A cheetah, and an Okapi. "Two?"
"Yay." Elizabeth muttered.
"Hey." Elijah said, getting to his feet. "C'mon, let me introduce you to the others."
"Others?" Elizabeth asked, but took his hand gingerly, letting him lead her down the sidewalk. He took her to a club, which was full of Asian superheroes. Penny saw Josh in the background, doing his DJ work.
"Lan! Mai! Hey!" Elijah called, leading Elizabeth over to where Lan and Mai were sitting with some others. Mai was sitting in the lap of some female superhero and Lan was lounging on a chair.
"Sup fireball?" Lan asked, throwing playing cards down. "Whose the cutie?"
"My soulmate. Elizabeth, meet my best friends, Lan and Mai. Lan is a shape shifter. Mai is an elemental, much like yourself." Elijah said, introducing them.
"Nice to meet you." Elizabeth said, sitting next to Elijah, looking around.
"My superhero name is the Galactic Magician." Lan said grandly, introducing himself. "But, my names can vary, depending on the animal I change into. Like The Quick Tiger or Lord Marvelous Fox or Macho Moth or-"
"Butt-scratching Baboon?" Mai deadpanned and Elijah chuckled. Elizabeth actually smiled.
"CHAN!" Another voice boomed out and a much older Wong appeared. "You know, as head of this precinct, you should have better control on the people here."
"Sorry Wong." Elijah rolled his eyes. "But they have to use their powers at some point, this is our only safe place."
"And I've told you time and time again that the Sanctorum-" Wong cut off sharply when his eyes landed on Elizabeth, becoming temporarily speechless.
Elijah immediately said, "This is Elizabeth. She's my soulmate."
"Ah." Wong nodded as Elizabeth stood up and they shook hands.
"You can just call me E." Elizabeth said softly. "Everyone else does."
"And you, are welcome at the Sanctorum whenever you want." Wong said quickly. "We have four bases and I can sense a strong magic about you. If you ever want to learn."
"What!" Lan and Mai complained loudly.
Elizabeth smiled a little. "Like Harry Potter?"
Wong chuckled, "Only if you get Strange. His Severus Snape impression is on point. And his own soulmate calls him 'Harry' as a joke."
Elizabeth grinned full out at that.
"I'm heading to the Kamar-Taj Sanctorum tonight." Wong warned Elijah. "Keep them all out of trouble."
"Yes sir." Elijah saluted him cheekily and Wong rolled his eyes, heading off.
"You knew who she was the minute you saw her." Elijah accused Wong as the memory faded.
"More like, I recognized her magical aurora." Wong sighed. "It's very strong."
"I've never sensed it." Stephen replied, clearly agitated.
"Yes, you have." Wong nodded. "You'll know you have when you feel it again."
Now they were fighting inside the dome. Kalabihiti was the last one left and everything around the place was on fire. Elizabeth was doing her best to defend Mai, whose lightning had enveloped the indigo giant. Elijah was flying above, hovering.
Mai grabbed Elizabeth's arm and the water she'd been using shot back into her body. Elizabeth's entire body started to seize up in a fiery pain as Mai channeled her water. Elijah swooped down, separating them just as Elizabeth's vision went black.
The memories were very fast after that, the Ohioan group becoming closer and closer until they were nearly inseparable. The fighting and bickering that had been prominent in the beginning ceased. Elizabeth became much happier and not as suspicious of anyone. Her and Elijah were also very sweet to watch together. Especially their wedding.
In between the missions that they did, the memories became musical and there were lots of them at the same club, on different nights, dancing. It was well done and everyone knew they were the superheroes, so they always wore masks. They were brilliant dancers and singers and almost always won first place by a landslide.
There were memories of her in Epcot where a superhero ball was going on. She was chatting animatedly, looking absolutely ecstatic to be talking to Frozone, while Elijah smirked by her side.
And then lots of fighting and Elizabeth discovering the use of her powers. A fight where she was taken captive and brought to Australia, but the brother of the sister that kidnapped her helped her come free.
Now, they were in their superhero uniforms again, back in Florida. A hurricane was brewing on the surface. Trang was in her Iron Woman suit, her and Elijah flying through the city. The others trying to get as many people to safety as they could.
Elizabeth stood on the edge of the shore. This is War by Matthew Raetzel was playing in the air. Elizabeth braced herself on the rock, eyes closed and her hands pushed outwards. The hurricane couldn't get past her. The waves seemed to crash straight up against an invisible wall. Elizabeth's foot started to slip on the rock, but she didn't back down.
The music was only in her head, as though putting a sound track on her memories. She suddenly leapt off the rock, using the water, pulling herself out over the water. People had stopped on the streets, watching her pull the water back, creating a funnel out on the water.
She was controlling it and Elijah was hovering, watching her, a proud look on his face. Her body was trembling as the music hit a crescendo and then Mai was there, helping her. Elijah landed on the beach and put up a huge fire shield so that any water was evaporated almost instantly if it got near.
Elizabeth and Mai forced the water into the ocean, before Elizabeth dived into the water. She pulled the water down with her, forcing it down, further and further until it reached a barrier that no human could pass through because it was to cold. But Elizabeth went through it as the music started to slow.
Elizabeth stared around her in shock as huge Megs swam past her and other huge, extinct creatures. She dodged out of the way and pushed herself back through the barrier, sealing it permanently and then swam back up, popping up through the surface as the music came to an end.
Then, Elizabeth was stepping through the doorway of a house. The decorations inside were oriental and something Middle Eastern. "Ghaida?" She called out but no one answered.
She walked around until she found a room upstairs. Ghaida was laying in the middle of the floor, unconscious and unmoving. Elizabeth ran, skidding to her knees, shaking Ghaida. As she rolled over, they could all see that her wrists were cut and bleeding.
"GHAIDA?" Elizabeth cried out, fingers trembling as she tried to find a pulse. Then her hand was fumbling for her phone. "I have an emergency-" The memory faded out.
Ghaida looked away from everyone else, but Loki got up, putting his arms around her, pulling her into a hug and murmured something into her ear.
Then the memories slowed up to show Elizabeth hiding, looking down upon her mother and father. Paul had aged well, but he was getting old now, somewhere in his late sixties, early seventies.
"You used them on me." Paul said aggressively. "That man- Sebastian. You have been HYDRA all along? You had control of the Winter Soldier?"
Lucinda sighed, looking down. "Paul, I was doing work for humanity-"
"HYDRA forced that man to kill hundreds. And what about Elizabeth? My daughter? I always thought it was strange that you were taking her off to God- knows where, but I was glad the two of you were bonding. And she was so happy wherever she went. Did you force her to kill too? How many people did you make her kill?"
"I wanted nothing, but her safety." Lucinda hissed. "James Barnes kept her plenty safe there-"
"Until she ended up in a hospital, shot in the chest. And she doesn't remember any of it!" Paul roared. "You've done all of this behind my back Lucy!"
"I was keeping you safe too!" Lucinda yelled back, tears in her eyes. "and our daughter-"
"No. My daughter. She was never yours." Paul shook his head, pushing past her. "You were protecting yourself. You're done with her. Elizabeth deserves to know-"
The gunshot rang out as Lucinda sobbed and Paul fell to his knees. "She's mine." Lucinda cried. Elizabeth jerked, stumbling to her feet and running. She dashed into her bedroom, tears streaming down her face as she shoved random things into her backpack. She grabbed the Penguin Pillow pet and then something silver off her dresser.
She ran down the stairs and then cursed, turning. The silver ring bounced across the floor, rolling underneath the vent.
"E?" Her mothers' voice called through the house. "Are you home?"
Elizabeth threw the door open and skidded past her mom.
"E?"
"Stay away from me." Elizabeth gasped.
Lucinda sighed, but started to chant. "Desire. Fragile. Nine. Midnight. Icebox. Thirteen. Sergeant. Swimming. Sixteen. Sebastian."
Elizabeth froze, hand on the door. "Ready to comply." She whispered.
Lucinda sighed. "Let go of the door handle."
Elizabeth's hand fell. Her head was hanging, but Penny knew that she was faking it.
"Just stand there for ten minutes." Lucinda sighed, moving out through the doorway.
Elizabeth stood there, but not for ten minutes, soon dashing out the door. Lucinda called behind her, but Elizabeth shot upwards, using the water from the sewers.
The memory faded until it was all of them in a car, weaving in and out of traffic. Violetta was leaning out the window, shooting at something behind them while Elizabeth tried to keep a water shield up around them.
"WE'RE NOT GOING TO LOSE THEM IF YOU KEEP DRIVING LIKE A PUSSY!" Violetta shouted at Lan, who was behind the wheel.
"YOU AMERICANS DRIVE ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD!" Lan shouted back.
"I'M ITALIAN! FIGURE IT OUT!" Violetta shouted back, shooting.
"Elizabeth, we need a plan." Trang said, holding her hands out against the seats, keeping herself steady. "I can maybe call in some drones, but-"
"New York." Elizabeth ordered. "S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters. We need to find Maria Hill, that is our only lead right now."
"Elizabeth, they're on either side of us." Mai warned. Bullets shot through the car and they all hit the deck as the car went and was rammed towards the side. Ghaida flew forwards, smashing into the seat and fell, unconscious. Elijah pulled her into his arms, trying to provide care.
"Elizabeth." Elijah whispered. Elizabeth looked at him and then nodded.
"Hold them off." Elizabeth whispered. "Meet us in New York. Ahni, you need to take Ghaida."
Ahni took Ghaida into her arms and they all left the car. Elijah set fire to the boys motorcycles and then started to hold them off.
The memories faded again. Now, Elizabeth was standing with only Elijah and Katya in a room. Penny's father, Thor, and Loki were the only other three in the room.
"Nelson, I told you to stay on that ship, no matter what." Fury said angrily.
"Well then you need to do a better job of keeping my friends safe, or I'm going to do it for you." Elizabeth snapped, jabbing her finger at him. "And if you would just give me the information I need to find these HYDRA bases, then I can find Ahni, get back to the ship-"
"And tell the Navy what?" Fury asked. "That you can magic yourself on and off the boat? There are HYDRA spies on that boat."
"And you've turned me into a spy." Elizabeth snapped. "Which I've done in return for keeping my friends safe. You've failed. So don't be mad at me for failing to uphold my end after you failed to keep yours."
It was silent for some time and then Loki stepped forwards, eyes twinkling with mischief. "If you pick that hammer up, I pledge my help."
Elijah scoffed and Katya rolled her eyes. "C'mon, we'll get Trang to hack Starks' interface. This is no help."
"Starks' interface is more secure than whatever you can throw at it." Thor rumbled.
"You would think considering Lucinda has turned Ahni into a super soldier, you'd be more apt to help." Katya said angrily.
"Oh but they'd love another super soldier, wouldn't they." Elijah snarled. "Cause two just isn't enough."
"Can we go now?" Elizabeth's voice interrupted and they all looked over to see Elizabeth was annoyed- and holding Thor's hammer. "Here." She held it out towards Loki, who looked stunned. And then Loki swept into a bow.
"Like I said, my Queen."
"Knock it off brother." Thor said, seeming frustrated, taking the hammer from Elizabeth's hand.
The next memory was of the Ohioans, Loki, Thor, and Clint heading into a HYDRA base. They could hear fighting up ahead and they readied themselves. But as they charged into the room, they were only met with Steve, Bucky, Natasha, and Sam.
"Clint? Loki? What are you doing here?" Steve asked, looking between all of them while Elizabeth had frozen, staring at Bucky with wide eyes. "Who are they?"
"We're looking for our friend." Mai interjected. "African America, female. Pretty tall. She was taken captive."
"Not anymore." Bucky said. "They've turned her into a super soldier. Trigger words and everything. She's on a rampage."
"Which direction?" Elizabeth asked, still unable to tear her eyes from Bucky.
"That way." Sam answered, pointing.
Elizabeth looked away finally and said, "We'll take it from here."
"I think I'd like to know who you all are first." Steve frowned, crossing his arms over his chest.
"Nobody." Elizabeth replied.
Suddenly, shots rang out and Elizabeth's water shields went up immediately. "Elijah, Lan, Mai, take the flanks. Now. Vi, Kat, I need you two up high." They went running and soon enough, they had taken Ahni down.
"Yeah." Bucky scoffed, "A bunch of nobodies."
"I have to get back." Elizabeth ignored Bucky, turning to Elijah. "Tell Nick to protect you all better. Thanks."
She shot up with the water, landing herself in the ocean and took off back to the ship.
The memories after that were mostly about the ship and how eventually she took it down, letting the ship explode.
Then, joining the Avengers.
Elizabeth mostly avoided them, spending a lot of time in the vents. Particularly in the vent in Steve, Bucky, and Sams' room.
"She remembered me." Bucky whispered. "She remembered me and I couldn't remember her."
"That's why she was so withdrawn at first." Pietro murmured.
Finally, Clint found her in the vents. This time, she was just in them, not overseeing any room. "Hey, what are you doing up here?"
"I like it up here." Elizabeth whispered.
"Yeah? Me too." Clint said, sitting next to her. They were silent for a long them before Clint said, "Did we piss you off somehow? We never see you?"
"No." Elizabeth whispered. "I just have trust issues."
Clint chuckled, "Yeah, I think we all do. You'll fit right in, in no time. Or at you upset about your soulmate being with the other girls?"
"What? No." Elizabeth shook her head. "No, I said he could. But I just can't join in until I know I won't. . . get hurt."
Clint nodded. "Yeah. I was the same way. So was Bucky. He could only be with Steve at first. Couldn't even really be with Sam. But he's pretty flirty now."
Elizabeth nodded, eyes pricking with tears and she quickly looked away. "I noticed."
"So, what do you like to do?" Clint questioned.
Elizabeth looked at him, "I don't even know."
Clint smiled sadly at that. "Want to shoot with me?"
Elizabeth hesitated and then nodded. Clint took her down to the archery range with him. He taught her how to shoot and she was smiling in no time. And when she hit the middle, she actually turned around and kissed him on the cheek.
Clint chuckled as the two of them walked out. "You're not a bad shot."
"Thanks." Elizabeth said happily. "I'll see you later Clint."
Clint grinned and said, "See you later little bird."
Elizabeth was back in the vents, listening to them talk. "I don't know, I mean, she seems nice enough." Bucky was saying hesitantly. "But it's not like we know her."
"She probably is dealing with memory issues like you Buck." Sam said gently. "If she had to deal with HYDRA."
"Yeah, well, I just hope she isn't HYDRA." Bucky said and tears slid down Elizabeth's cheeks. "Maybe we could ask Wanda to search her mind."
Elizabeth crawled away, sliding into her own bedroom. She sat on the bed, wrapping her arms around her legs, rocking back and forth.
There was a knock on the door and she wiped her tears away. "Come in."
It was Ghaida. The Indian girl just got on the bed and hugged her friend. Elizabeth burst into sobs, "He doesn't remember me!"
"I know." Ghaida whispered. "It's okay Elizabeth."
Elizabeth wiped her tears away, sniffling. "I don't know what to do. Every time I look at him. . . all I can remember is how much we loved each other. And It's not fair. I don't want to remember if he doesn't. I- And Elijah- how is it fair to Elijah? And it's so painful. Every time he looks at me there's nothing. Nothing. I- I don't- I can't."
Ghaida hesitated and then held out her hand, which contained two pills. "Trang designed them especially for this since I've known for a little bit. She. . . she already took one so she forgets that you know Bucky. And I'll take one too so I forget too. And you can start over Elizabeth. You can learn to love him again, without the painful memories."
Elizabeth picked up the pill and Ghaida continued, "You don't have to. It's your choice." And Ghaida took her own pill, falling unconscious.
Elizabeth closed her eyes, crying again. She picked up the penguin pillow pet, hugging it to her chest. She raised the pill to her lips. "Sebastian." And she swallowed the pill.
Penny saw how painful the next memories were. Elizabeth had done a complete one-eighty, becoming the radiant beam of sunshine that Penny had first known her as. She easily interacted with all of the others, becoming very close with Clint at first and then Sam. Her and Fury interacted together a lot as well. Then Loki and Thor along with Rhodey and Heimdall. Pietro and Steve and Bucky was some of the last ones.
But there was nothing there between the two anymore.
