I just finished God Of War (2018), and man, it feels good to enjoy an action game I would actually recommend to people for once
#not devil may cry#quen speaking#after the ugly boomer humor in doom: eternal#and the blatant mysoginy and racism in dmc5#gow is a breath of fresh air#i mean tbf i don't know how much credit i can give gow for not being racist when there aren't any non-white characters in the game#it doesn't have any obviously terrible representation in that regard like dmc5#but it doesn't have any positive representation either#because as far as i know there is none#though i know some fans speculate that kratos isn't white#and i haven't been to the two optional realms yet so maybe there's more characters to meet#this isn't really a serious criticism i just think it's important to temper my praise for the game#include an asterisk where it seems fit
