#i'm pretty sure i've mouthed 'what the fuck' to myself at least a handful of times#this is why natori is Terrible at customer service and natoru isn't: he doesn't have the poker face for it smh#he can't look approachable and Friendly to everyone like she can so he just decided to look cold and professional instead rip#catsafarithewriter#to be fair tho the vast majority of our patients are very nice and /very/ understanding
