every day there is a war within me between having long pretty nails and practicing the guitar
#like it's taken months to grow these out properly#and it's almost my birthday and i want them to look nice for that#but also :/ i want to write a song#this is literally the one thing i'm vain abt. like i'll put effort into clothes/makeup abt once a week but like my confidence#does not hinge on them. my nails have to look pretty all the time or i will die probably#also i have to take advantage of not being in a relationship to keep them unnaturally long lol#these aren't sustainable for [redacted]
