I know Rhys Darby is actually strong but I was listening to a D&D oodcast where they described the character as having a lot of muscle but that muscle being "clearly not functionally useful. Like useless gym muscle" and now I'm obsessed with the idea that that's the explanation for Stede having Rhys' muscle. Completely non-functional gym muscle
