Tonights been a rough night
#venting#ive either come down with something or the stress has made me sick#couldnt sleep and have been up and my stomach yearns for food but I'm too nauseated to eat#i tried drinking a protein shake but that made me gag a few times which gave me migraine#now I'm struggling to force myself to drink the rest so I at least go to bed with something in my stomach instead of hungry again#this is a hell of my own doing I've been stress starving since Friday#idek if thats a proper term but#I'm fucked up bad dude
