rly pisses me off that there are so many good donghua (chinese animated shows) but they don't get the same kind of international recognition as anime ngl

#Like the ones that make it big have their fandoms sure #but they're very niche in comparison to the big-name anime out there #your average casual anime fan will know what Demon Slayer is but will have probably never even heard of Link Click #and Link Click is one of the really big ones #this doesn't even account for the donghua that are seemingly kinda niche in China itself #Beryl and Sapphire definitely seems to have a cult following over on chinese social media like Weibo #but in the english speaking world it's just crickets #its rly sad I feel so lonely :(#donghua #chinese animation #anime #txt
