ganondorf has never been a very well-written character (except arguably in wind waker, but i've never played it so i personally can't say for sure) but this was a new low like fr. we literally don't get any insight into WHY he (& the rest of the gerudo!!!!) attacked in the first place aside from "idk he's ganondorf" like????? sorry but that just doesn't cut it for me! give him SOME kind of motivation please nintendo, ANYTHING aside from "grrrrrrrr big scary green guy is evil >:((((((" like obviously i know he wanted a secret stone but WHY. why does he want so badly for hyrule to fall! it can't be because of the triforce of power, because the triforce doesn't fucking come into play at all in this game!

also he MUST be connected to calamity ganon, right? it's literally in the name, calamity GANON, but nobody mentions that, like, at all?????? ever???????????? why this game decided to just fucking ignore botw for the most part is absolutely fucking baffling to me. i can't wrap my head around it at all
