one day and im already rlly in love w the physical kitty clones idea. cats tip-tapping around my brain. theres so many weird possibilities
#think theyd get assigned (shitty and poorly maintained) URCR housing and each 'block' of kitty-clones (ie the population in a certain--#--area. not separated by job) are managed by a handful of URCR ppl meant to ensure complacency + adequate conditions for good work--#--output. a whole new class of worker created and owned by the URCR with their labor exploited to nightmare lengths#hands up to my temples as i imagine specific kitty-clone oc ideas. kitty-clone (nickname of kay) who was forced to resign from--#--her brainscan-determined job of Some sort of physical labor (idk specifics yet) due to a severe tail injury that caused lower body--#--paralysis and then transferred to a clone facility as an experimental approach to easing the extreme distress Every kitty-clone--#--gets when they first wake up outside of the tube. very tempting to say she plays some sort of role in the cuckoos ultimate death#also like the idea that theres far more variety among kitty-clones than the cuckoo ever desired. little variations like different ear--#--shapes + tail lengths + such (a number of kitties actually growing fur ? some with proper retractable claws ?) like yea its more--#--metaphorical than rooted in any real Explanation in universe but i like it <3
