More fun Enstars merch (which I own this piece of): the ! era Visual Fanbook vol. 4 had bonus of these trading cards using the fanbooks' cover pictures and a few other illustrations. This Kaoru & Adonis one is from vol. 2 cover, there is also a Rei & Koga one. And one with a different picture of all Undead members.

There are 11 cards in total, besides the three Undead ones they are: Trickstar / Knights / Valkyrie / Kuro & Keito / Souma / Subaru & Hokuto / Mao & Makoto / Rei, Ritsu & Mao.
