#erin bakes#it's my cat's birthday lmao so I decided to try my hand at whipped cream frosting for the first time ever#it came out really good! I made stabilized whipped cream frosting so I could pipe it onto the cupcakes clean#it wasn't hars at all but I did learn lol my hand mixer is *not* the tool to make the frosting. it is too powerful 😞 and it made a mess lol#BUT it still came out and was easy!#the double bag piping technique I picked up from utube was AMAZING I wish I had learned that way originally it saved me#so much fuss and stress and just. despair lmao. also new off set spatula set my beloved!#overall this was simple. I really just wanted to test out making the stabalized whipped cream frosting#and it's great! love it! reminds me of the frosting my dear dear friend who taught me so much abt baking used to make#they're very simple but I wanted them that way so Santino could eat some of the frosting 😄😄😄#cupcakes#cake#baking
