I finished volume 8 of Heaven Official's Blessing, and all this time I thought the fandom just collectively decided Hua Cheng and Xie Lian referred to each other as husbands and made up how all the characters know they're together. I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS GOING TO BE CANON! NOBODY PREPARED ME FOR THEM CANONICALLY REFERRING TO EACH OTHER AS "HUSBAND" AND VERY OBVIOUSLY ALLUDING TO THE FACT THAT THEY FUCK ALL THE TIME!!!!
