arms wrapping around her middle from behind, chin resting over her shoulder. head turning and pressing a soft kiss upon her jaw. ❛ you look so pretty. ❜ pulling away as he turns her around to face him, smiling and looking at her up and down. ❛ too pretty. ❜ smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth, hand reach up to take a hold of her chin with his thumb and index finger, leaning in to press the softest kiss upon lips. ❛ you are mine. ❜ leaning in once more before finally just walking away. ❛ i swear you put a spell on me, you might be a witch! ❜ turning to peek over his shoulder. ❛ you trying to lure me into your schemes. ❜ even when it had been him to even start this whole thing.

            the whole day was spent away from her boyfriend as both had a packed schedule. by the end of it, hyejin was feeling down in the dumps, her desire to see insoo growing every minute. even as her teammate was engaging her in a conversation, she was zoned out for over half of it, only able to give some robotic responses here and there. their training was grueling, especially with the upcoming summer leagues. on the other hand, hyejin knew that insoo would also be busy training as he never really gets days off. she almost felt bad for making him do this and that with her when he could be spending his free time resting. her intrusive thoughts get the better of her at times like these - what if he gets too busy to date ? would that mean they would have to separate ? or the worst one, what if he gets tired of her ? the thought alone was enough to make her feel a radiating pain in her chest, this being the first time she's ever been vulnerable with anyone.

with too much on her mind, she takes forever to finish getting ready to head out after their last training for the day. besides, it wasn't rare that she was the last girl out of the locker rooms. after saying goodbye to everyone, she begins to pack up, her hair dripping wet from the showers, comfy gym set thrown on, distractedly shoving things in her bag. hearing the door open, the female doesn't even look back, assuming it was one of her teammates, " did you forget something ? " as she was about to turn around to face the individual that made their way inside the girls' locker rooms, imagine the shock in hyejin's face when she feels a strong pair of arms wrap around her.

it hit her instantly that it was insoo, and as she's turned around to face him, hearing him say those sweet nothings, seeing his face which she missed so much, gazing into his eyes that held so much adoration for her, hyejin couldn't help but tear up slightly, " aish, you're so silly. " she allows her words to disappear against his lips, kissing him back eagerly as her arms wrap around his neck securely. " i missed you. " finally admitting after pulling away ever so slightly. " i thought i was going to die today. " a big smile finally decorates her face while blinking back the tears, if anything, they were tears of joy, just thankful that despite all the trials and tribulations they've been through, insoo continued to choose to be with her. and that alone was more than enough for her. " come, let's go home. " she urges him, but if someone were to ask her, hyejin's home is wherever insoo was.
