Second post. I looked up some discussion threads about how practical self defense classes actually are, and one self defense defender said "Are you saying a women who kicks their assailant in the balls doesn't have any more chance of getting away than a woman who doesn't."

BITCH YOU PAID MONEY FOR THAT?? YOU HAD TO PAY. YOUR REAL AMERICAN DOLLARS. For some guy to teach you how to kick someone in the balls. You actually need those self defense classes, because at this point, you need all the help you can get.
