fellas is it gay to be homosexual?

according to my ex-church, the answer is no.

because they want to be able to "acknowledge" that homosexuality exists. they want to be able to say "we're not homophobic because we acknowledge the existence of homosexual attraction!" while condemning gay people.

#seeing them claim that was honestly kind of relieving #because it reminds me that they really never were reliable sources of knowledge #they were not perfect arbiters of the One Truth #they're just dumbasses who reinterpret everything to suit their desires #if they can't acknowledge that it's gay to be gay then seriously i can't trust them with anything else #religious deconstruction #ex christian #exvangelical #ex fundie #homophobia
