Have been cornered into watching Netflix Last Airbender despite having heard bad things about it. Currently on the fence between 'hate watching' and 'if I ignore the writing it's so pretty'

#so. much. telling.#not happy that they ditched the pirates???#the person i was watching with went upstairs so I skimmed episode summaries #they're combining the pouhai stronghold and the fire temple??????? Gross and I hate it?????#they split the party in omashu? Aang's not in the secret tunnel????#that's one way to mitigate a ship war I guess...................#still seems to have a five minute pebble dance problem #but papa has pointed out it may just be to show off how much better toph is when we get to her
