Don't ask me who is asking anonymously, that is private(As well as the one with the ask to Nyakyushipping) but there's something that's been on my mind for a while and i wanted to speak up about it and you're techinally the only one i can say it to, somehow. And for my sakes, it includes Nyakyushipping because i am Nyakyushipping trash, HELP ME- But uh- It's just an Au. And the Nyakyushipping part may be optional? But i don't want it to.

ANYWAYS- i thought of an AU where Jessie, James and Meowth had some(or just one set, like Alolan, or the Hoenn set) pokemon that they(Jessie and James) caught before living with them for like, the entire series, EVERY season. Like how Meowth and (eventually)Wobbuffet does.

BUT of course, they would need to be in the same region's Pokedex to know about them, but uh- they don't. They have to wait. (Albeit the only ones who were actually thought of to be pokedex'ed by was Mimikyu and Mareanie because Rotom Dex being uh- you know, them? But whateves-)

So it's a bit more different, like imagine. Mareanie meeting Jessebelle and HATES her because she knows James doesn't love her, almost like Growli. Or IMAGINE SEEING MIMIKYU IN AN ACTUAL CONCERT- AND when he's not(or is), he'd learn to make outfits for Jessie.

Now, where does Nyakyushipping come from all of this? Well, we know Meowth had an episode specially for him, to tell his backstory. WHAT IF Mimikyu was there at the time(in this Au) and learns the truth of how Meowth came to be? And then, sympathise with him and just...talk to him? Then, while it MAY won't cause a REAL shippy stuff, but they would definitely be closer than before-! Like, Meowth would get a bit less scared, and Mimikyu would begin to being a bit more social to Meowth(And might even protect him at times, who knows?)

Also, Mimikyu's hatred for Pikachu may stop close to the Hoenn or Sinnoh region of the Au. Or atleast, die down.

Just a little stupid idea that i'm willing to share because why not? You really don't have to answer, but i just- ugh, i love this idea. And i already have another Au in mind- UGH- But uh- THIS IS AN AU WHERE WE DON'T NEED TO SEE ANY GOODBYES FROM TEAM ROCKET(Except maybe Arbok and Weezing), Ash and co. would probably be the same? Just...with Rowlet and Aipom because...i love those two, strangely.

I'm sorry for repeatedly asking you, and for possibly intruding you. If you think it's somewhat annoying, i'll just...uh...try to stop.

OOOoh  I  LOVE ALL OF THIS!!! i liked to think of similar ideas, where the TRio would travel with all of their main pokemon throughout the series!

i’d TOTALLY imagine mareanie having it out for jessebelle-- the rivalry would be super funny to watch. “I’m keeping my eye on you!” sort of thing

mimikyu learning how to sew for and performing with jessie is especially adorable!!! imagine this seemingly stoic and sometimes dark pokemon making cutesy outfits for both them and jessie to perform in-- I LOVE IT (i actually made a drawing similar to your idea here!)

and of course, like meowth comforting mimikyu at the end of the alola series, mimikyu comforting meowth while in kanto would be super heartfelt too 🥺poor mimikyu sure wouldn’t know how to make others feel better, probably resulting in some clumsy mistakes and periods of silence, but would eventually manage to get something helpful out
