Got up and started going presyncope, then learned I was being offered extra hours at work and got to actually sit down and say "you know what, I think I'm okay"
#they gave me a few more days next week so my check won't be skeletal + the weeks afterwards are pretty full#i really do want this time off 😫 I'm TIRED and I'm glad to have some time to just hang out lmao#trying to focus on saving up money in a way that isn't obsessively making a number go up#like i have actual money in my savings account now; I'm starting to stabilize; saving up for a car 😤#and to go back to school; which like. idk how much the numbers are really gonna matter since I'm almost a little too careful#with money bc. i grew up pretty poor lmao; i let myself make some impulse buys + go on mall shopping trips here and there#bc i can afford it but I'm starting to try and budget now to measure out my spending U_U#which i initially did to give myself a budget for entertainment bc i was a little utilitarian in my spending#yeah I'll make an impulse purchase of a candle but explicitly going out to buy books or w/e? that's a lot of money U_U#so I'm trying to let myself ease up a little lmao#anyways#hoatm rants
