#this keeps happening#especially recently#like. they dont tell front desk that we're hiring and then get mad at us for telling potential applicants we arent hiring#they do major repairs that affect what we can and can't offer guests and they dont tell us that like.#we dont have vital equipment for two weeks#i only found that out by bitching with a technician about something#they never tell us when weve got important customers in or when we've got contractors in and then get pissed at us for IDing people#who. showed up unannounced and tried to enter staff only areas. like of COURSE we have to ID them!!! if you want them to come in TELL US#im so mad im so fucking TIRED
