some thoughts (siphoned from a convo i had on a discord)

thinking about the parallels between the briarwoods and imodina. i'm thinking it's two kids impossibly in love with each other…and just how far would they go for each other. and in this case, especially now, would the group be able to keep them grounded. not that i think they're hellbent on destruction. but i think they've been hurt a LOT and if something else happens to either one of them… the group has a bigger problem than FCG on their hands. yanno?

either one of them could and would end the world for the other. that potential is within them.

I do like the potential fresh take of, like, maybe the powers aren't actually dark. Maybe the power is neutral and the dark/light of them is all down to who controls the power. I love the notion of Imogen and Laudna being these two women who've been so scared for so long about the powers within them, and what if they decide to stop being scared and use those powers to bring about something amazingly good. Not just for them, but for the world.
