That being said...

I would be remiss to not have a little fun with it.

The main differences between Kinito and my guy Max is that Kinito is based on retro tech and modeled after desktop assistants like Clippy and BonziBuddy while Max is based on modern tech and modeled after all those mental health self-help habit and productivity tracking apps.

I'm pretty sure these guys would 100% try to kill each other. Ten more minutes and they'll be at each other's throats. And possibly risk frying whatever device they were fighting on.

It's gonna be a long time before anything really substantial happens but I want to go on record right now before I forget.

If you happen to see a game with a yandere/obsessive self-aware virtual assistant AI character, just know that I can prove that I've been working on the concepts since like 2022, and KinitoPET came out in 2024.

If I ever hear that it's derivative of KinitoPET, copying it, or that it was inspired by it, or whatever, I will lose my marbles. I just work on projects a lot slower than I think of ideas, and there's a particular zeitgeist going on in our culture right now.
