So I've got some dinosaurs on my desk at work. Stuck them on a base plate with some foliage, so even if anything except the brick separator comes loose, they won't slide off. They're not in the way of the cleaners or anyone doing maintenance on the hardware or electricity. And the brick separator is a big, orange piece you can just toss back onto the table and call it a day.

Except.

This empty spot is supposed to have a tiny, bright orange car in it. The car is not on the floor. It's normally surrounded by another bush and set of flowers underneath the triceratops, and doesn't have much room to roam. I didn't move it.

So how is it on the other side of the dinosaur?

If anyone had knocked this off the table, at least two dinos would be missing limbs and heads. But even the brick separator, which is just flying around loosely, hasn't moved an inch in the 2 weeks I was home sick.

The only change that has happened is that, next to the dinosaurs, there used to be a phone set. It's not been used and disconnected for months, but we were last on the list to get them collected. The techs were in at the start of the month, if word of mouth is to be believed.
