i think i'm never going to like marius i dont even find him compelling in a horrible guy way and i dont understand why anne rice and almost every character acts like the sun shines out of his ass he's just bleh. i do not like him
#you could take away all the awful shit hes done to armand and in general and keep the good and i still wouldn't like him#and then he'd just be boring i guess. or more boring#there's been a few times where i kinda see his 'charmingness' and how he might draw people in with it#but it mostly just comes across as him being weirdly smug and superior in a not fun way and then it doesnt land for me lmao
