Okay last L.L. post for the day but here's some trivia. In my current main ref sheet for L.L. I have under the hairs and expressions corner the semi realistic eyes along w I think the medium long hair and it says "(rarely uses this)" or something similar which i always kept bouncing back and forth between ppl will obv get i mean the face not the hair and No They Won't.

But I seriously can't stress how rarely they use that expression. Like it's such an oddly specific emotion. It's like this utter awkwardness this sweating cold this ... Clocking out the brain just waiting for it to pass moment. Last and maybe only time I remember them using was during family dinner w the later wife w him getting remarkably misogynistic and L.L. had to just watch this drama awkwardly unfold like they weren't gonna bark in they weren't gonna interfere they were just watching it play out that's the feeling of awkwardness that face conveys which is why it's so rare ACTUALLY there's one other time they did it and that's when they literally asked a japanese person if they'd ever seen mountains. Again it's a face of utter awkwardness and embarrassment either first or second hand. That's why it is so rare.
